聖胡安米拉馬爾萬怡酒店(Courtyard San Juan Miramar)

Room and pool was very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient when bringing out drinks out to the pool. Front desk staff answered my questions politely and effectively. In great location- you can walk to Condado area easily as well as other places to eat in Miramar area

Everything was excellent, I would recommend it to friends. The restaurant had excellent food.

En general me fue muy bien en el hotel, lo único que no me gustó fue el Restaurante Comedor. Fui me dijeron que me sentara donde gustara y estuve más de 10 minutos esperando, nos miraban y no nos atendían, ni preguntaban. Nos levantamos y nos fuimos, me miraron y se sonrieron. Pero fue mejor, porque entré al Restaurante Ariel que está al lado, EXQUISITO seguro que volveré, me encantó desde el pan, aperitivo, plato principal y postre. Las atenciones A+ El hotel tranquilo y los caballeros del valet parking muy atentos. Tremendo servicio, pronto me quedaré nuevamente. Gracias

Es un hotel viejo y se nota. Tiene problemas con el suministro de agua. La primera noche nos quedamos in agua por dos horas, ya que la bomba tenia problemas. Luego había un descontrol y solo salía agua caliente en ducha y lavamanos.

I paid a room fare with breakfast included for 3 days. We ate the same food for 3 days. I had to stop at the counter every day to get a voucher in order to have the breakfast. As an elite member an loyal costumer this is the first time I paid breakfast and only one menú eggs, no fruit or yogurt is not aceptable. Room was old like you were in a hotel in the 80. I feel I paid an overrated hotel.

Hotel in need of upgrades. Facility is very old. Restaurant is outsourced and not operate by Marriott. It is a nice restaurant but service is slow with no breakfast buffet so if you are looking for a quick breakfast, allocate extra time or go somewhere else.
