Amazing place to stay and great services!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Ambiance is top of the line. Only regret I have is that I couldn't enjoy the pool due to a late check-in and short stay. I definitely plan to stay again!

Fue una estadía excelente, todo se siente muy elegante y de alta calidad. El servicio del personal fue espectacular. La habitación es de ensueño, definitivamente volveremos.

Me encantaron todas las atenciónes desde antes de llegar hasta que culminó mi estadía. Todo los servicios fueron excelentes!! Recomiendo mejorar más la limpieza en todas las árras especificamente en las habitaciones. Espero volver pronto!

Me encanto , solo me hubiera gustado que el entrada fuera más temprano para disfrutar más

Beware they change you hotel! booked the OLV hotel for 723$, at check in I was changed to another “sister” hotel I had to walk to. Small room, small bathroom. Not what was sold to me on the Orbitz website. I checked the hotel rooms run for 200$ less. I requested to talk to the manager and was denied. They told me,(Claridad) that manager said, if I wanted a refund, I must pick my bags and leave tge property! I have never in my life been treated so disrespectful. Very sad.

So the hotel was fancy, staff was great. But this is almost too fancy for me honestly everything was expensive like I paid $40 for $12 bottle of champagne lol. But comes with the territory I guess. But the shower and bathroom were the best time of my life. Changed my life.

Nice hotel, had a very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff, however, room floor was constantly wet, it was mármol and If the A/C was not in 65F it would condensate and become extremely wet, almost fell 3 times. 65F is not a comfortable temperature to have in your room. Unfortunately had to kill 4 super small roaches. Not the worst thing, but again, for the price I would have expected more

The doors in the room bathroom were stuck and Terrible to operate
