普萊西德套房公寓(Placid Suites)

Great little spot to stay at. Really liked the area and the place itself felt safe. Only complaint is we almost got locked out the room bc the key wasnt working. We had to jiggle it and take it hella times before actually being able to open the lock.

The room was amazing and the host was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and will stay again

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE 35 OR OLDER!!! this location has uneven steps that can cause you to has a really bad fall. I fell down the steps and sprained my foot missed out on my WHOLE vacation wasn’t able to walk I tried contacting the manager they haven’t got back to me. They do not care once they have your money and you won’t get provided extra towels either. This place is horrible and I will never go back

This is NOT a “suite” it is NOT a hotel. It is a VRBO with no office or on staff personnel. There is no one to help you if you have an issue… like a stream of ants coming in from the window on the bed and crawling on you at 4am!! No one answers the phone or the message, if you have a concern. They have a message saying they answer between 9am and 10pm but we were not answered at 9am - they messaged back about a half an hour later and did nothing. (Check out is at 10am) IF you get to the property early or want to remain in the area after check out - there is NO front desk or secure area to leave your bags. In fact, there is no onsite security and a person at a nearby restaurant said “someone was shot there last week”. One night was TOO long!

Had a little hiccup at check in, but the property manager-Juan Carlos - immediately called to apologize and gave us a free upgrade to a larger room right across ours. Loved our stay there with street parking easily available. The fact that they have a 24 hour supermarket available within walking distance and restaurant called Bebo’s with superb Puerto Rican cuisine makes us look forward to another stay there

Las escaleras estuvieron siempre mojadas, lo cual causo que me cayera y terminara en el hospital. No recomiendo para nada esa hostal

El lugar es bueno, limpio y tranquilo. No tienen estacionamiento y necesitan cambiar las almoadas.
