衞生很差，一股黴味，特別是衞生間，到處都是污漬。酒店一開始還多收了錢，通過攜程幫助才拿回。除了海景可以説是沒有別的優點了。

El Hotel es bien céntrico y cerca de todo, el personal de servicio es muy atento y todo muy limpio La única razón no le doy 5 es porque es muy aburrido de noche para ser un hotel de adultos sería ideal que tuviera opciones de entretenimiento, como música en vivo o otra actividades. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

I was very disappointed because the review and the photos the hotel looked great. But it was not what i expected for an very expensive hotel. They nickel and dime you for everything and the staff not all but the majority was not helpful at all. The rooms were not very clean. I almost lost my flight because there was no staff at the check out counter, no staff at all.

For an expensive hotel (room rates) they nickel and dime you for everything. The staff needs a lot of work or they just don't care. I have pictures of the room dirtiness. And the bartender at the pool were more worry in picking up girls and yo take your order. No towels in the pool and definitely not enough sun chairs. I saw this couple (not staying in the hotel) came thru the beach and took a shower by the pool and change there cloth in the bathroom and left again to the beach and the staff never said anything. So security might be an issue. Also the pool bar closes to early.

The overall experience was a positive one but a lot of things lacked. There’s no microwave on the premise at all, blow dryer was extremely hard to come by. We had to ask for water and additional towels/ robes several times before actually being brought up any. Beach chairs were only put out once during our 4 day stay and when we asked staff to bring some out for us we were given the runaround and no one did. Overall for the price it’s about what you’d expect

Muy bonito pero no limpiaban bien las habitaciones y nunca había ni gel de baño, shampoo y acondicionador y cerraban muy temprano los bares siendo un hotel sólo para adultos y todo era súper carro …..$
