What a wonderful hotel , me and husband loved it . The room was beautiful and great. The staff so helpful and friendly. The location is just stunning. I would happily stay at this hotel again

Our first time travelling with our 6 month old baby and the hotel and staff were amazing and supportive, making our stay much more enjoyable and stress free. The view from our room was amazing and rooms very comfortable. The location is quiet but is only a short drive/taxi to Llandudno and it’s easy to get out and about around the North Wales area.

How a hotel can advertise bed and breakfast yet not provide breakfast is beyond me!
When I checked in I was told that I had to book breakfast and that the only time that was left was 10am!!! I was checking out at 8am.
I understand that during covid we had to book but why do we have to book now? Especially when there is enough room.
I’ve never known a hotel to not be able to accommodate breakfast for their guests!

Loved the beauty of the property, the staff, the food, and comfort of the room. Wish that we had toilet area with dedicated shower (room was designed for disabled - we are not). Was surprised that there was no same day or self service laundry.

Great location with fab views of the marina.
The spa facilities with swimming pool and sauna/steam rooms were great.
Dinner in the restaurant on Saturday evening was excellent.

Stunning hotel, room service was great and having the option of breakfast in my room was brilliant! The staff were all incredibly friendly. The room was very tidy, and the views from the balcony were unreal.

Great hotel, very clean and well maintained. You can tell there has been recent refurbishments which look fab, only downside was they were refurbishing the spa when I was there so didn’t get to take full advantage, but once it’s done I’m sure it will look great. Free parking, wifi, balcony, robes etc lots of little extras that make a difference in your stay. Would return.
