The location is top notch - right by the Llandudno promenade, with plenty of food options within walking distance.
Breakfast at the hotel is fresh and the serving staff effective. Given the poor breakfast experience since Covid began, this was welcome change, as the staff had carefully used their staff to help serve fresh, hot, breakfast.
That's where the positives end.
The "Free-Wifi" is a misnomer, as the network connection is horrible, that you cannot rely on it at all. If you plan to do your holiday planning using Internet, then you better have a Plan-B.
"Free Car Parking" is also a misnomer. They have car parks, but only 10-11 slots, in a hotel that has atleast 27 rooms. The parking slots are first-come-first-serve and we couldn't get a slot the whole 5 nights we stayed there.
Hotel service is passable at best. We asked for our room to be serviced twice and they only did it once while on the other occasion, they simply forgot.
The hotel structure itself is very much mediocre. You can see fittings coming off everywhere. The bathrooms are congested enough that you are going to bump into something or the other each day. It is soo poorly maintained that you can see paint coming off, scratches on the lift, and even mis-aligned paintings. Essentially, the staff doesn't care how the hotel comes across.
Despite the location, I would say this you might be better off looking for alternatives before settling on this hotel.
