馬庫拉海灘温德姆華美達酒店(Ramada by Wyndham Marcoola Beach)

Very friendly welcome. Room with a view. Close to many facilities ie bottle shop seven 11 Dinner at restaurant only disappointment as over priced and very underwhelming.

Unfortunately wouldn't recommend, room was so requiring a refurbishment. Air con was leaking and caused wet carpet and smelly moist mouldy smell. Spider webs and soiled pillow case. Shower drain wasn't draining correctly and was backing up. Oh ac was really loud too. Wasn't a great location if you wanted to explore, more just beach. Wasn't what the pics looked like online.

Sehr schöne Anlage, nichtvweit zum Meer und gutes essen im Restaurant. Leider sehr hellhörige zimmer daher diese durch die Klimaanlage verbunden sind und man seine Nachbarn sehr gut hören kann. Ein Flughafen ist hinterhalb, dieser stört aber überhaupt nicht.

The fan and lights kept going on and off all night on there own so ot 3hrs sleep, noisy if your on the pub end, never answered the phone in reception, no irons in the room, room smelt like bleach really bad but couldnt open windows. The venue we were going to was in the same building so very convenient that way.

Loved the upgrade of the room. I didn't like the staff at the counter. 3 staff at 1 console checking in 2 people and we were still standing there Went down to inquire about bike riding hire and NO ONE around at the reservation desk. No bell or buzzer to call.

Although the property was in good condition, the air conditioning unit is in need of some care and attention. Was unable to use for extended periods of time as the fan/motor unit was noisey and vibrating.

An impromptu weekend away saw us book the Ramada at Marcoola Beach. Check in was efficient. We were then shown around the resort by Sarah from guest services. We didn't like the hard sell to attend one of the presentations over the weekend to join the Wyndham Club - we are both extremely busy at work and enjoyed a weekend away from city life without commitments. We didn't appreicate the pressure to attend a presentation. The room was small and musty but thankfully we enjoyed relaxing around the pool and on our balcony. It was disappointing for the price per night that the room was not serviced daily - you have to stay a week to have the room serviced, yet we only booked a hotel room for two nights and were not advised that there was no house keeping. Parking was also an issue on the Saturday afternoon/eveing as there was a wedding and all undercover parks were taken.f Close to beach so we enjoyed beach walks and cafes across the road offered a great selection of food choices.

A great property for families with easy access to the pool and safe surf beach. A little TLC needed on doors. Will be staying again
