唐烏多斯酒店(Don Udo's)

Hotel que en teoría era bueno resultó ser un hotel en estado de abandono, aire acondicionado ruidoso y pegado con tape, el agua amarilla y se iba y venía, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, desayuno solo hay 2 opciones y el café que debería ser espectacular en este pueblo muy malo, en resumen no volveríamos.

No food service, no sauna, no massage available as advertised.

The tour company I use does an excellent job of alternating American-style hotels with smaller, traditional places that still have all the basic amenities. This was an excellent choice. Don Udo’s is a short walk into town but away from the noise. My room was small but comfortable, with A/C, wi-go and a TV, but no refrigerator. There was a shower but no tub. The grounds were beautiful and had quite a few places for gathering. Breakfast was traditional foods-eggs with salsa, bacon, cheeses, yogurt, tortillas and plenty of good coffee. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed in a standard double last night while in Copan on business. We were very happy with the room, common areas, price and staff. If looking for comfortable, clean and all you need Including wifi, AC, ceiling fan, real hot water, hair dryer, great quality bed, linen in a decent sized room Don Udo`s is your place.

This delightful & quaint hotel is family run & very comfortable. The rooms are a bit small, but completely functional & clean. There are areas to sit outside & enjoy the view and it's very close to Copan Ruinas, so helpful for a visit there. They serve breakfast, lunch & dinner and all were very good. Would definitely stay there again & would highly recommend.

Don Udos has became a go to place to stay in Copan Ruinas. Either it be with family, friends or flying solo it’s a great place to stay. Rooms are affordable and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and the breakfast is the best. Near all major attractions in the area.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness and comfortable room! The free parking was a plus and the location to the park, restaurants, and bars was a short 1 minute walk. The Copan ruins were also only a short less than 5 minutes drive. I would for sure stay here again.

When we first arrived we were impressed because the courtyard was lovely and our room was clean and spacious. Sadly things went downhill from there. To begin with there was no wifi. When we asked we were told it was do to the storm however we were there for 3 nights and it never came on more than a moment or two. The water was a light brown color when we arrived though it did not have a smell. The water went out completely twice during our stay, once all night and well into the next morning. When it came back on it was the color of dark coffee. At checkout the staff on duty did not know how to actually check people out ( this was at 8 a.m) and had to call someone in to do it making us wait. Luckily we had a private driver as if we had group transportation we would have missed our ride. At no time were we offered any sort of discount for any of this. The second star is for the large room, great a.c and surprsingly good meal at their restaurant. Hopefully the issues can be addressed as Don Udos has potential but as it was our stay was not enjoyable.
