邁阿密論文酒店(THesis Hotel Miami)

Todo perfecto, el hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son muy amplias. Está situado en el centro de coral hables y con todos los servicios alrededor. El personal es muy atento. 100% recomendable

Room service slow ordering breakfast for 2 hours didn’t deliver

We needed accommodations for one night after flying into Miami airport. Thesis Hotel was across the street from our appointments. We found the hotel had two fantastic restaurants in the same complex and was also convenient to Coral Gables. The hotel was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will stay here again.

This is the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There is loud music outside the elevators which seems to get louder thd later it gets. I rand at 3am to have the switch it off the first night, but the next night was just as bad. Corridors were noisy late into the night. Blind on window was broken. Pillows on beds so soft they were uncomfortable. Bed sheets were not tucked in under mattresses and did not stay in place at all. Room was clean. Restaurant food was good but a bit pricey. Day staff at reception were very friendly and helpful evening staff were short tempered, abrasive and unhelpful to say the least. I asked to change my reservation to add an additional day but the way we were spoken to we decided to leave and find a different hotel.

The location was good and bad. We were there to tour UMiami which is right across the street, however, we did not have a car and that was challenging in that there are no CVS/Starbuck's within a short walking distance. The highway by the hotel is extremely busy and a walk on the sidewalk adjoining it is not a pleasant walking experience. The staff was mainly very good. The breakfast we had in the restaurant was excellent. The decor of the room was all grey which felt cold and uninviting. Common areas and the outdoor space by the pool were very nice. Loved the upscale coffee machine in the room. Limited towel service for environmental reasons was extreme (two bath towels total!).

The staff was excellent - so friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and I loved the coffee maker. Really enjoyed cocktails and bites on the roof. Amazing short rib empanadas - and the staff up there were really lovely.

Beautiful hotel. Room was cozy and modern. Lay out of hotel is a little confusing. Lobby, elevators and parking are separated in a weird way. But staff is lovely and helpful. Pool area/bar is great.

Excelente ubicación. Precioso el hotel y súper amable su personal. Súper limpio y excelente el restaurante Mamey. Volvería nuevamente.
