Corridors very noisy late into early hours also “receptionist” banging on my door would not answer when I asked who it was as single female travelling alone found this unnerving should be considered!

The accommodation was poor to put it politely. Our employee sent through pictures which showed bugs on the floor, a shower that was hanging off the wall and the shower head was black with dirt. Our business is all over the country and we have never had an employee complain like this. It was so bad they actually refused to stay there. We have tried to cancel further bookings but we do have to accept that when booking we accepted that it was a no refund policy. Please be cautious when booking this accommodation.

Bad The night we endured was terrible, it smelt of faeces all night, loads of people coming in and out shouting, it sounded like someone tried getting in our door around midnight, the shower was contaminated, I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t a case of legionella within the water, the bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel secure, the sink had no plug, and Unknown marks left on walls, 1/10 would not recommend

Very basic accommodation.

The room was small but well decorated and clean. It had its own bathroom, microwave, kettle and mini fridge. There was towels provided. There was also a fan, which was a godsend as the room got very warm. The bed seemed very small for a double. There is good parking just around the corner and the online check in is brilliant.
