Super gastvrij ontvangen, erg mooie omgeving. De kamer met eigen badkamer voldoet aan onze wensen. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid, voor een groot deel bestaat dit uit lokale ingrediënten. Wij willen een verblijf hier dan ook aanbevelen!! Op de dag van aankomst heeft de gastvrouw voor ons een tafel voor het diner gereserveerd bij een lokaal restaurant. Ook geeft ze veel goede tips om in de omgeving te bezoeken. We hebben het erg goed gehad tijdens ons verblijf. Met recht een aanrader.

Ce coin mérite qu'on s'y arrête bien plus qu'une nuit !!! C'est magnifique. L'accueil est exemplaire, très attentionné et chaleureux : Thé/Café et Scones faits maison en guise de bien bienvenue. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses, propres et bien équipées, avec des moquettes épaissent comme mes coudes. WIFI parfait Petit déj fait maison, copieux et gouteux Le paysage alentour et les vues sur mers depuis les chambres sont sublimes. Même les chambres avec vue jardin (prés avec vaches) sont sympa. Attention, pour aller là bas, à aucun moment il faut passer par le haut de la colline (+++) Sinon, galère... Certaines salles de bain sont un peu petite, mais toujours fonctionnelles Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur mais l'étage n'est pas haut. Prévoir son gel douche et shampoing.

Marion's hospitality was genuine and amazing. We were made to feel completely at home and cared for in everything we needed. We brought our own picnic dinner since there is nowhere close by to eat and she provided all the dishes we needed. The rooms are plain but completely comfortable. Some people might not care for her decorating style but we felt as if we were staying at our Granny's house. The breakfast she provided was wonderful and personally prepared for us with fresh homemade ingredients and all local products. We were sent on our way with a few scones to take along for later. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and were blessed to make her acquaintance.

It’s true all the excellent reviews are right. Marian is the star of the show. Making you feel welcome and sharing her house with you. The location is scenic, remote and peaceful. The house is like staying with your beloved granny. The rooms are simple but clean. The hospitality is outstanding. Unreservedly recommended!

Room small & not en-suite,but that was all that was left when I booked. Marion the host was pleasant,and very helpful.Good breakfast.

Solo traveler. Traveled to Ireland solo for my birthday and had a few hiccups whilst there and Marian was absolutely amazing went above and beyond what was expected, had an amazing stay catered for every step by Marian, 100% will visit again. Could not find fault at all, Marian is an amazing host and a kind caring woman 10/10,
