科克城克萊頓酒店(Clayton Hotel Cork City)

I got a room with a window facing the in-door atrium, which meant not having a window with daylight. For the price I paid, I would expect to have a room with a window with daylight. Spa was not clean and I didn't enjoy it at all. Breakfast was not good either. I won't stay with Clayton again.

The staff were great, very helpful. Location was a amazing. Good value parking too.

Un hôtel 4 étoiles qui nous a déçu. Nous avions demandé dans les étages supérieurs et n'avons été placés qu'au 2° sur une rue bruyante. Impossible de régler l'eau chaude (brulante) dans la douche et pas de débit. Par ailleurs, l'eau ne se vidait pas dans le lavabo. Nous avons signalé cela à la reception : pas de changement significatif. Enfin, le petit déjeuner n'est pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles (peu de choix et bruyant). Globalement très décevant.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We entered the parking garage and there were two tents for unsheltered as we entered. Then when we were in our room for the early evening into the night there were at least 12 loud individuals hanging out outside our window. Looked unsheltered and that there were ***** involved. Very loud and uncomfortable. At dinner the staff were friendly in the hotel restaurant but extremely unorganized. We weren't able to charge to our room and we couldn't get wine glasses to take to our room. When we called the front desk for glasses they said they would have to charge us 6 Euros to get an empty wine glass. Just outrageous and the front desk person was rude and not helpful at all. Stay away from this hotel. Do not recommend extremely disappointed.

Staff at reception, cafe and bar/restaurant all very friendly. Location good. However, stayed in room 602 where air con didn’t work for our 2 night stay. Was told they are fully booked so can’t switch rooms, then told we could have 2 fans, then told there is a room we could switch to. Bit all over the place. I think if there are multiple reviews saying there are aircon issues going on in this hotel then the hotel should invest in repairing this, otherwise don’t advertise you have aircon. It is an expensive hotel for what it is.
