乾草地莊園酒店(Hayfield Manor)

We had the most wonderful time at this hotel!!! From the gentlemen who greeted us at the door, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, every interaction with staff was top notch. So many little touches made our stay special, We were greeted at check in with whiskey, the snacks in the room were a wonderful surprise, and our room even had its own Christmas tree! We utilized the concierge to make a dinner reservation for us and book a taxi into town, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean. Plenty of on-site parking with valet service offered. We utilized the outdoor hot tub which was great after a long day of walking. We ate dinner at the bistro and the food was amazing. This hotel was a highlight of our trip, we are so glad we stayed here!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. If we ever return to Cork, we would stay here again. The breakfast spread was the best we had while staying in Ireland. We also liked the location: a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of Cork City Center. The beds were super comfortable. The only thing I didnt love was our bathroom which seemed outdated and could use a refresh.

Booked The Vine Wine Cellar for my husband's graduation dinner and could honestly not say enough good things about this place! The organization process was super easy (handy as we are based in Dublin). Jolisha and Erin made sure everything was well organized and even accommodated a menu change a few days before the event! The food was absolutely delicious, the chef was even kind enough to accommodate a halal menu for us which we really appreciated. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the staff on the day were lovely and friendly. 10/10 would definitely recommend and my family intend on visiting again!

Felt very at home from the minute we arrived a special thanks to Zak who gave us a very warm friendly welcome. Had dinner in Perrots it was very good but the breakfast the next morning was a highlight excellent Quality and very well cooked and presented the Eggs Royal was fab . Service overall was top class Lovely relaxing stay. Would love to return and stay longer.

Hayfield Manor is the most outstanding place for any special occasion. I consider it the best hotel in the whole Cork City. With its luxurious and exquisite services provided in the greatest home like atmosphere I could not recommend a stay in this hotel enough. I am looking forward to my next indulgence and pampering in this bespoke gem of accommodation.

It is the staff! They are amazing! This is a 5 star hotel with all of the 5 star amenities but what makes it special is the staff and how they treat their residents. They are a fantastic team lead by an amz8ng manager....John! There is none better

Amazing stay. This hotel is top notch and the staff are all helpful and incredible. We had the most basic room and even that was amazing. Beds are extremely comfortable but comforter is a bit hot (no biggie). Breakfast was included and was awesome. You order a hot breakfast and get a continental breakfast with it. Only downfall was our drunk neighbors at 2am being loud, but that is not the hotel’s fault. 15 minute walk to downtown. Definitely stay here if you’re in Cork!

We love Hayfield Manor. We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful time. Our room was gorgeous and the food and service is consistently fab! The jacuzzi, sauna and pool are so relaxing. We love it here and will be back again. Thank you!

First the good. The buffet style presentation and variety at breakfast is second to none. We have never seen such a spread in any hotel anywhere in any country. Simply wonderful. Also the staff were very friendly and professional. Now the 'not so good'. The double room whilst rather 'blingy' and a bit dated with silver edged tables with glass tops fell down when it came to the basics. It appears that no checks are made to make sure that all in-room facilities are up to 5 star or even working. Non-working wash hand basin stoppers, non-working dispensers of body wash/shower gel and conditioner dispensers. What can be described as 'mean', and readily agreed to by reception, is when it comes to tea/coffee making with 2 tea normal bags, 1 sachet of coffee and 1 sachet of decaf coffee for the coffee plunger and just 1 biscuit between two people. Using a 'laptop' at a table in the room was not really possible due to the two tables not being suitable. Having an attendant offer a bed 'turn-down' and have a basket of chocolates to take a couple from does not make up for the lack of attention to the functional details in the room. We didn't feel that the comments that were given in writing at reception would make any difference. There was no response other than 'Thankyou for the comments and we hope to see you again and to directly contact the staff member if we were thinking of staying again'. 5 stars rating is certainly questionable but as I mentioned the breakfast would probably be 6 stars but a great breakfast does not make up for the room. There are many 4 star hotels in Ireland that certainly provide better rooms and some also have pools/spas but are still 4 stars.
