Very Disappointed Guess Check was quick, I was tired after being in a class all day, so I really appreciated that. The room was a smoking room which I didn't realize I reserved, there were ashes in the drawer, the bedside table, the refrigerator, and the ice bucket. The window drapes were filthy. The bed linen was stained and a mouse ran across the floor. I guess its needless to say I did not stay. The young lady at the registration desk was extremely apologetic and had no problem with issuing my refund. The hotel seems to be in a nice area, that was extremely convenient to where I had to go with many restaurants and shopping to choose from. I hate my experience was not pleasant, and hope no one else has to experience what I did!

Grossest dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been too, skid mark stains in toilet, shower was leaking constant stream, green / brown tub, stains all over the chair, carpet was horrific. Musty mildew smell, was hot. Never will be back again.

There was no air. Our room never got below 89. Roaches EVERYWHERE FOUND A SANDWICH UNDERBTHE COUCH CUSHION

If you have any other options, do not stay here. The front desk employee was nice and good at her job. That's the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. And I am not someone who needs pristine conditions; I have stayed in plenty of budget hotels. The hotel is doing renovations, so there are some areas where there is tape on the ground, areas closed off, etc., which was not an issue. That did not bother us. What did is that the room was disgusting. I cannot imagine it had been cleaned recently. Black stuff was coming out of the air conditioner, the couch looked like it had been pulled straight from a dumpster, there was a creepy bug on the curtains, the floor looked dirty, there was no soap or any toiletries at all in the bathroom, no iron or place to hang clothes, a hair dryer that smelled like it was on fire when I turned it on, and the sink felt greasy. We just needed a place to sleep and were leaving early the next morning, or else we would've immediately left and found somewhere else. Please, if you are reading this, just pick a different hotel!!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility doing some construction. Antiseptic smell. A couple of electrical outlets in room not working. Charging ports didn’t work. Limited choices in drink machines. Included breakfast was less than par. The Good ******* rating was misleading. The price should have been a warning.
