洛伊斯科羅拉多灣度假酒店(Loews Coronado Bay Resort)

The property itself is relatively good. However, the property was advertising beach access, and I inquired with multiple staff members about how to access the beach. It ended up being a short walk (5 mins), but upon arriving at the beach, I was somewhat horrified to discover that it was closed for swimming due to persistent sewage levels. There were signs all over the beach and not a single person was swimming. I returned to the hotel and requested a partial refund or credit, to offset the lack of safe beach access, however this was denied by management. Very disappointing. The property should disclose upfront that the beach is closed due to sewage. I wouldn't have stayed there had I known this.

The location is great between the bay and the ocean all while being on Coronado. The grounds, lobby, patio, pool were beautiful. Staff was great and resort was very clean. Had bad check-in experience, not receiving much info, no welcome drink, no info about food voucher and was sent to the wrong room. Once Loews updates the very dated and worn rooms and bathrooms, it truly will be a five star experience!

The hotel and area are beautiful. I was diappointed because I wasnt offered lemonade when checking in and i saw other guests being offered. I saw mold in the shower and there was a big spot in the chair of my room. I ordered two ceasar salad, when the waiter brought them over, a fly was sitting right on top of one. The waiter act like it was no big deal, we had to tell him to take it back. Then i got the bill and it cost me 75.00 for two drinks and salad; thats outrageous. To top it off, i got into the adult hot tub and no bubbles, would not turn on. I paid for valet, went out on the town, came back and no one to park my car. And, its been two days and never got a bill for what they charge me for, which adds up to more than i calculated. Now i have to use time and energy to find out the charges. Oh, i forgot; called before i came and person on phone came off rude and gave me wrong information. This is sad because it was a lovely hotel and area. Might try again just on that....

1. Upon check-in we were sent to the wrong building. 2. Upon getting in the room the carpet was dirty with cereal. 3. At 11:00 at night the crew decided to setup tables and chairs and the noise wouldn't let us sleep. 4. The room key wouldn't work on Wednesday 5. My wife complained of a gas smell coming from the laundry room and loewes sent security to check our room for complaints of someone smoking in our room and insisted on checking the smell of our room while my son was using the bathroom, I was not there at that time. 6. The room key did not work on Wednesday, and I was given two more keys which wouldn't work again because the person at the desk entered the wrong room number. 7. The pool deck is extremely slippery, my son fell, and we witnessed an old lady almost brake her hip when she tried to hold on the railing near the pool. 8. The beds are small, no way 2 adults can share that bed, and its advertised for 4 people, no. 9. The pillows are almost non existent because it seems like they were packed with kleenex.

Lowe’s did not honor the ******* price and overcharged me $500 , the parking people lied and said valet part of package, parking circled damage to the back of my car when there was nine then or now. Guess they weee anticipating the damage. I have the ticket they gave me. I’ve called and emailed Lowe’s since 7/3 and have not received a response despite my daily flow up twice a day. Then there’s the property my room had visible mold in the shower and the hotel overall seemed run down.

The only problem was at check in, my room was not ready and we have to wait for olmos a hour, the check in is a 4:00 pm and they give me my room at 5:00 pm , that’s very late, and no compensation was offered at all.thanks

Given the wrong room on check-in. Had to wait nearly 1 hour to get the correct room and almost made us miss our dinner cruise. In addition, adding an extra resort fee for each day was very shady. This charge should of been part of the initial booking.
