Our fully equipped kitchen has it all —a full-size fridge, Ninja blender, toaster, Keurig, Nespresso, and even a bread machine. Plus, a Samsung smart washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. Thanks for understanding! * NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors. * RING CAMERA: Just a heads-up, there's a Ring camera installed at the front door for security purposes. There are no video recording devices located inside the house. * WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured.
