Absolutely amazing customer service the staff was incredible and I really enjoyed my stay! The morning front desk offered me to go water and no one does that ! Stay here got a great rate 😁

The facilities were good and clean the pricing of the breakfast was ridiculous. If you stay here do not stay on the first floor you hear all the noise coming from second floor. All nigh long we heard some one jumping or running around on the 2nd floor.

We loved our stay and very thankful for that night’s front desk.

We were on vacation and didn’t plan to spend much time at the hotel—but whenever we were there, it felt like nothing went right. Honestly, staying at the hotel was more of a hassle than being out and about. The TV kept turning its volume down on its own, the ice machine on the second floor was broken, and the pull-out bed had stains. They were also out of conditioner. We left a note asking for towels, conditioner, trash removal, and a working TV. They did replace the TV, but completely ignored everything else. We called down for towels—nothing. Ended up having to walk down wet just to grab some ourselves. I’m not usually one to complain, but I wouldn’t recommend the experience we had to anyone.

Horrible and disrespecful - NEVER again The front desk clerk and manager were very rude. The clerk was extremely unprofessional at check in and did not know what she was doing. I am easy going so this wasn’t a bother until there was a BIG issue with our room and she didn’t care and acted like we were bothering her. She just says “well, do you want a refund we have no rooms available”. The main unit in our room was blowing hot air. There was a portable ac unit in the room they were using to try to “fix” the problem. The portable unit was okay with me but the main wall unit was blowing very hot air even though it showed off which was a fire hazard and made the room very hot. She didn’t believe us. She tried to walk into the room while I was bathing my daughters. My husband blocked her so he could make sure we were decent. Her manager made her deal with it which was also unprofessional as the clerk then went on to say that he assaulted her. She shouldn’t be walking into rooms without making sure it’s okay. Her manager should have handled the situation as she was definitely not competent to handle issues. The cops then showed up where my husband had a conversation with them and they agreed with the room being hot but the manager still wanted us out so we had to leave. We had to drive back home 3 hours at night with our kids trip ruined since there were no hotels available anywhere in corpus. This was not okay and I expect a full refund. The staff there needs to learn how to handle issues appropriately.

The reason to book this place was the brand name MARRIOT, living in this country sine 2003, travelled through east, west, north and south, never went through such a terrible situation. The front desk person was very unfriendly, felt like the property might be her own one, and even if that belongs to her she shouldn’t behave so unfairly. The first room allotted 103, was so stinky, un breathable and bed sheets dirty and looks like didn’t cleaned well, and moved to 2nd room 222, after getting their found out that A/C was not working and to call the front desk the phone was not working, and I went down stairs to inform and got a 3rd room finally 203, was tolerable even though TV was not working and I felt ashamed to complain to front desk because of her previous attitude! We checked out around 8:30 am and morning front desk lady was very friendly and behaved respectfully. We never had such a bad experience in past 22 years in this country, we stayed couple of times in MARRIOT in another states and many other places. The point is only to bring our concerns and it should not happen to anyone, thank you
