The room was a mess with a lot of stains. The door to the bathroom didn’t close at all and there was mold all over the bathroom. In the shower and on the mirror. There was even mold in the room itself. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposedly a no smoke room. The front entrance doors didn’t even work when we got there. You had to manually open and close the front doors. The breakfast was terrible. This place use to be wonderful and well maintained, but now it’s not worth the stay.

The hot tub had visible stuff growing in the walls, the bottom filter cover was floating and leaving a hole at bottom, room smelled of mold and mildew, all of our belongings came home with the terrible smell, bathtub had ***** hair, furniture felt sticky, fridge didn’t work and microwave sparked when used. I felt gross being in the room.

No hot water. No towels when first entered the room. Door to restroom would not close. We go to check out and the door guy wasn't at the desk. We yelled for him and nobody came. I called the hotel around noon, went to voice mail, left message to call me back, nobody called me back! I wall not stay there ever again!

The hotel smell was muggy. Tiny roaches, no hot water to shower, dirty room with a cigarette bud on the carpet. Never will i go back to a quinta

There mold on the shower curtain, microwave was not cleaned, there was a dirty plate left in it, outside the microwave was dirty smudges, coffee area was full of dust and behind it

Was mold infested & fully booked so we couldn’t even switch rooms. Ended up canceling & spending 3hrs looking for a different place to stay because it was so bad
