Room was damp with dirty torn carpet . The television didn’t work and when I called the front desk they put me on eternal hold . After waiting, I went to the desk . The desk person said she had been busy but she was sitting in a chair in the corner and the phone was laying on the counter . She then told me they were booked and didn’t have a room to move us too or another television to change ours with . About an hour later the fire alarm went off in our room and I returned to the desk . Different person due to shift change . She said it wasn’t our room . That the fire panel said it was one the third floor . The guest on the third floor said his wasn’t going off . This desk person was able to move us down the hall . This room was equally dirty and damp . The fire alarm continued to go off in the first room and could be heard in the room that we were now in . I also had family in three other rooms, that could hear the alarm and had issues in the rooms with cleanliness. We traveled 6 plus hours to a funeral and had no choice but to stay and make it work but it won’t be a place we will be returning too . Maintenance came in as we were leaving and silenced the alarm quickly too bad it couldn’t have been done 9 hours earlier when we were wanting to sleep .

The La Quinta was very nice and we had a quiet stay on the back side of the hotel. They had good, hot coffee waiting in the morning and we had no complaints at all, a very good stay.

Poor maintenance, bad smell, clean enough but not more than that, bad experience would never come back

Clean rooms, customer service was great,over all stay was excellent.

This la Quinta is not like the pictures. Check-in went very well but first thing I saw was complimentary water that looked 2 days old. Our room appeared clean but I found either a dead tick or bed bug in the sheets! The bathtub was so old and patched and no drain cover that I took a sponge bath. They didn’t have soap, nowhere to charge my phone, and the ice machine was out of order. It’s been awhile since I stayed at la Quinta and I won’t be booking again.

Our stay was only for one night. Check in was quick, room and hotel were clean. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

The first time we stayed, the room was clean (109), shower/bathroom needs to be updated (rusty), bed was comfortable and I found it strange that they don't provide soap to wash your hands/body with. The second stay was not good. Room#204 no soap (again), half a roll of toilet paper was left for us to use with no spare (I had to ask for more), shoe prints were all over the floor area, shower/bathroom needs updates, and dog ticks on the property.

Front desk receptionist. She was amazing. She was a sweetheart and she did everything she could to help. But the problems was not the staff. The problems was there was blood stains on the bed. The room smelled like mold. The rooms were not cooling. The AC didn't work. The whole hallway on the second floor smells moldy and wet. Would highly recommend for people with with kids to stay away. Would not book at a La Quinta ever again.
