Mi opinión sobre este Hotel es excelente. La primera vez que fui fue hace dos años y tanto la atención de todos los trabajadores del hotel, la limpieza y la disponibilidad en todo momento es algo que en muy pocos sitios se encuentran. La ubicación está genial, porque está a 10/15 mnt andando del centro de Fuenlabrada, para de metro cerca y para mí que viajo en coche siempre es importante el tema de parking y lo tienen y gratis. Por lo tanto, si queréis un Hotel limpio, con un personal atento y en el que se pueda descansar sin escuchar ruidos varios, os recomiendo este sin dudas alguna. Recomendable al 100%.

Hotel de lo más normal. Todo iba dentro de lo esperado hasta que se nos ocurrió sacar una botella de agua de la máquina. Nos trago 1;50. Le comentamos lo ocurrido al borde de la recepción y su contestación fue que el no era responsable de la máquina que era de un vending y que suele pasar. A lo cual le pedimos una solución, nos dijo que llamasemos al teléfono que ponía en la máquina. El tío un tanto chulito. Le dijimos que por lo menos si estaba estropeada la apagase para que no le pasase a más gente, y nos contesta que no es cosa suya. Por lo que entiendo que se llevará el dinero que se queda la máquina Por los malos modales pusimos una hoja de reclamaciones. Las habitaciones son de lo más normal, colchón duro y almohadas blandas.

我以前住過很多旅舍,但在TOC,這是我第一次住共用房間(只有女性)。我有點擔心,因爲我不知道該期待什麼,但結果很棒。旅館很棒,有友好的工作人員,是我住過的最現代的旅館。房間隔音很好,因爲你從走廊裏聽不到太多,因爲其他旅館通常。在我的6張牀女性房間,我們有2個廁所,2個水槽,2個淋浴 - 足夠了。:)我會回來的,絕對!

A very comfy sleep in the centre of Madrid-Good mattress and chair to work This hotel is only one star, but the quality is medium/high. I booked a double bed and a private bathroom; the price is around 100 euros, which I think is expensive, but it may be the usual price in Madrid for one star hotels. The location is convenient for Line 1, the blue line and stop ”Estrecho”; L1 stops at Atocha, the high/speed station. The ride is approximately 30 minutes. The personnel are very kind and helpful. I was able to check in early since I needed to work. The room is small, but the bed has a nice size. It is very clean. However, it is difficult to keep up the highest standards since the floor is white and there were some hairs on the floor. I had a very good sleep; The quality of the mattress is excellent, and people are respectful and quiet, even though there are some common areas for guests who share bedrooms or other amenities. The chair in the bedroom is very comfy to work on. I managed to work for eight hours. All the furniture is of high standards, overall. There is complimentary tea and decaf coffee the whole day round. On the bad side, the breakfast was not great. The quality of the products is not good, for example, bread, jam (low-calories), pastries, or juices, which are not fruit natural juices. There are not too many options. The breakfast should start earlier than 8 am, above all for guests who are on business. I do not think guests should wash their dishes, but rinse them and allocate them in the dishwasher since they are using the same sponge, and after COVID-19, this practice should be avoided for further illnesses. The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. I tried to press the option ”no glass”, but it will not work. It seems that everything goes in the same bin. The shower has low pressure and two taps. It is not easy to reach quick and warm water. The head is not mobile, so girls bring your shower cap. The quality of the shower gel is nice. Very fashionable!!

El hotel es nuevo y el personal se esfuerza por dar un buen servicio. Camas cómodas y habitaciones aisladas. Viajamos con persona en silla de ruedas y el hotel está totalmente adaptado. El hotel está en un polígono y no hay nada cerca. No ofrecen comidas salvo unos bocadillos. Este es un tema en el que deben mejorar. En el baño también deberían poner algo más de luz . En general una estancia agradable para pasar un día de tránsito.

到馬德里的時間比較晚，所以選擇了他們家。
酒店的設施蠻好的，除了沒有免費的瓶裝水，幾乎和國內快捷酒店差不多，連牙刷牙膏都有提供；附近就有兩家中型超市包括家樂福，不遠處還有一家7點就營業的咖啡館，真好；
離地鐵站幾分鐘路程，衹是已經屬於B區，到主要景點還是有一點距離的，但是沒有感覺不方便。
對了，房間外面還有一個陽台。

酒店的名稱有點誤導，因為它離任何一個機場航站樓都不是很近。它位於聖塞巴斯蒂安德洛斯雷耶斯，距離馬德里機場 4 號航站樓 6 公里。從最近的通勤火車站（cercanias，C4 線 Alcobendas/San Sebastian de los Reyes）步行到酒店需要將近半小時。然而，乘坐出租車從機場到酒店只需 10 分鐘車程。如果你想節省時間，我推薦出租車。大約20歐元。酒店本身非常好。大堂很時尚，房間很漂亮，一切都很乾淨。良好的客戶服務和前台友好的工作人員。但要注意位置，特別是如果你第二天有早班飛機。酒店旁邊是 Plaza Norte 2 購物中心，提供各種購物場所和餐廳。

訪訪客酒店看起來夢幻,是設計師的夢想,位置完美,但是對於4-star的酒店,這個價格(阿爾卡拉高)我期待一些拖鞋,房間內更多的枕頭和茶咖啡設施選擇。喝茶,我不得不去隔壁的酒吧,一路着煮茶到我的房間。另外,牀墊很可怕。我度過了一個可怕的夜晚,因爲它太難了。我會投資新的牀墊。房間裏也沒有額外的羽絨被。
我會回來嘗試水療,如果他們改變這個基本的東西(茶壺和牀墊),我會考慮再次入住,因爲這個地方是如此華麗。

訪訪客便宜的馬德里替代物,但非常近。我們住了一夜,提前打電話到樓上的房間。舒適乾淨。附近還有一個購物中心。在馬德里涼爽的夜晚,現場餐廳營業很晚。早餐有奶酪,咖啡種類,果醬和麪包,牛角麪包,但沒有雞蛋。燕麥片和酸奶可以提供新鮮果汁。真的很值!

黄黄本來以為是個鄉村二線城市酒店，攜程上的酒店照片看起來土土的風格，一進去大堂很時尚，天花板很高，牆上用各種語言寫了你好，歡迎和再見作為裝飾，
房間很寬敞舒適，桌子很寬適插座位置合適，適合商務出行的臨時辦公需求
注意一般歐洲的酒店都沒有提供梳子，拖鞋，牙膏牙刷。問前台的話可以免費提供一次性的牙膏牙刷，但是沒有拖鞋
早餐選擇多，水果豐富，有鮮榨果汁，咖啡機上可以選擇各種熱飲咖啡等

訪訪客Estuve en este hotel hace unos 6 años y estaba mucho mejor de lo que ahora me he encontrado, sigue siendo buen hotel pero está sin reformar, tiene desperfectos en las paredes, y los muebles en el interior de las habitaciones anticuados en general, pero las camas y colchones perfectos, la cama supletoria no es un sofa-cama, es una cama con su colchón en la que se duerme muy bien, armario mueble abierto y sin luz, pero en general está bien.

訪訪客I must mention the noise, not the Hotels fault, but the uneducated people who every hour or so during the night simply accessed their rooms talking loudly. I no longer live in Spain, and haven't done so in a very long time, so didn't remember what the Spaniards can do to your mental health, in a negative way! The Hotel is modern, less expensive than say the Ibis ( in which I am sure I would have had the noisy night also), and including breakfast, which was OK, I suppose. Parking, a free option outside is insufficient. If full I guess you are bound for the underground option at 9 euros a night. The reception area is on the 1st floor, one up from the Ground floor

訪訪客Pongo 1 estrella por no poner la posibilidad de poner 0. En principio se denominan ellos mismos un 3 estrellas superior, que de superior tiene las escaleras de cristal y la puerta giratoria nada mas. Pongo ésta reseña aquí ya que veo que los propietarios se toman su tiempo en contestar y me gustaría ver su respuesta a mi estancia. Reservo una habitación cuádruple 4 días y 3 noches para mi mujer, mis dos niñas adolescentes, nuestro bebé y yo. En principio todo por las fotos y por las llamadas que realizé a la hora de reservar la estancia parecía genial y escogimos éste hotel por la cercanía a puntos de nuestro interés de nuestras vacaciones. Quiero deciros que nos habéis amargado casi toda la estancia allí. A la hora de entrar por primera vez a la habitación nos encontramos con un olor a cerrado y a humedad insoportable y todo lleno de polvo lleno de suciedad pero a tal extremo de ir a la farmacia a comprar pastillas para la alergia a los ácaros y al polvo. La habitación parece la de una prisión tercermundista, los colchones de unos muelles de los que se hacían hace 40 años que los compras por 10 euros en un rastro. No me podían poner una cuna por la razón de que NO CABÍA!!!!! Imaginaros ya de por sí, si no cabe una minicuna, como pueden vender una habitación denominada CUÁDRUPLE cuando no tienes sitio ni para abrir las maletas???Cuando entramos lo primero que hago como cualquier persona creo yo es encender la climatizacion, solo con tocar un boton se desmonto entero de la pared como podéis apreciar en las fotos adheridas a esta reseña. Lo intento poner bien y logro encajarlo a su sitio, solo te deja bajar hasta 18 grados, pero aunque te lo ponga en la pantalla echa aire a la temperatura que le de la gana al hotel por la rejilla que mas que aire lo que hace es que te llena la habitación de mas polvo del que ya tenia por si. Lo mas gracioso por llamarlo de alguna manera es que quise llamar a recepcion pero el telefono que habia en una mesa llena de mugre tenia el cable cortado pero lo dejan ahi de recuerdo digo yo vamos pero bueno, bajo yo mismo a la recepción a comunicarle que no entendia el funcionamiento de la caja fuerte y la respuesya de la recepcionista es que me mandaba a alguien de mantenimiento a la habitacion para que pudiesen hecharle un vistazo, cuando viene el hombre con cara de molesto por haberlo llamado me dice ami mismo que meta la tarjeta, cosa que vuelvo a hacer y le muestro que no funcionan a lo que me responde que efectivamente estaba rota y el no podia ni sabia arreglarla y sin más se fue y adiós. Ya que no tenia caja de seguridad y no me quedaba tranquilo dejando las cosas en la hacitacion sin seguridad tube que buscar a una limpiadora para pedirle un cartel de no entrar a la hacitacion a ”limpiarla” porque ni eso teniamos en el pomo de la puerya como cualquier otro hotel, y pedir que no entren en los dias que estemos alojados nadie ajeno a nosotros, iendo nosotros mismos a por toallas limpias a la recepción. El hotel está a 25 min caminando del centro comercial Parque Sur y a 35 min caminando del centro de Leganés. El barrio del Bercial no dispone de muchas cafeterías y bares pero junto al hotel habia un restaurante muy bueno (El Sustento). Ideal para viajes de trabajo. No lo recomiendo para familias ni parejas.

An easy to access hotel with onsite parking in Arcos de la Frontera. What more could one want in this old town with a maze of narrow winding streets? It’s an excellent spot for accessing a meander around upper part of town .Staff were very responsive in booking process and are present and very helpful with spot on dining recommendations. The interior courtyard was a comfortable and cool spot to rest and enjoy breakfast. Tidy rooms with simple furnishings, best night sleep in days on the road. Highly recommend!
