馬林套房酒店(Marin Suites Hotel)

Nos entregaron tarde el cuarto, tuvimos que esperar, y a la hora de salir 15 minutos antes nos tocaron para decir que era hora de salir

I rated the staff as excellent because the night staff that helped me with check in was amazing- very helpful and polite. The day person i talked to on the phone and came in to try to check in earlier was not helpful and didn't even look up when i came to the desk to try to check in

I know this hotel and it is a good 2 star hotel, but when I returned o my room on 8 PM on 12/25, my room had not been cleaned and the Do Not Disturb sign was not on the door. I took pictures, but got no conversation from the hotel. They claim the cleaning people said I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and I did not! If I had left the do not disturb sign on the door by mistake, then I would have just let it go and never said a word. But, somehow they goofed and did not clean my room, and nobody cares.

I love this hotel! Beautiful CLEAN rooms. Friendly, courteous staff. Nice pool and grounds. I just can't say enough.

Everything about this Hotel is Amazing to the staff at the front desk to the cleanliness of the property and the rooms!!! Should be 10 stars by far my personal opinion!!!

Easy check-in. Older property that has been well modernized. Sound from other rooms (walking, talking on phone, moving items around) easily heard through walls/ceiling, so that wasn’t great. Heating/cooling unit very loud and similarly not a positive part of stay. Very large, well-appointed room. Kitchen set up nice for a longer stay. The bed was not terrible, but mattress is older and should be replaced. Price is very competitive. Pool and sauna look nice but no opportunity to use them this trip.
