This property had a good, 8.2, rating. I have no idea how or why. It is in dire need of help. Room was reserved as a nonsmoking room but had been smoked in, smelled bad. Not even a hook to hang clothing on, needs paint and cleanup. Only an office chair and plastic chair for seating,no baseboards. Behind the room a homeless man in camo and a skeletor type mask was meandering around. Windows are not double glazed. They were in serious need of cleaning and repair. We returned the keys, wrote off the nonrefundable cost and went to a better place. I've learned my lesson. I won't reserve nonrefundable rooms again.
