As expected. Breakfast slightly better than other similar chains

Staff were very friendly and professional, beds were very comfortable, clean lounge with plenty of seating, breakfast was great. Cons were the air conditioners maintained 74-80 degree temps no matter what they were set to or if it was cooler at night, pool area had broken ladder

Not friendly or helpful Coffee was out to drink, but counter person took milk away and when asked for milk said, not supposed to be out past breakfast and did not get it. Why have coffee out and not the milk, and why not accomodate guests at the hotel? Also the hot tub was not working 2 days in a row. there was one person that knew how to reset it and get it working again, but that was it. left unoperable after that 1 reset. No waters or banana s out , which is the way things were at the previos Hampton Inn stay in Moab. People there were friendlier and more accomodating. Coffee was available all day and waters and fruit were sent out with the guests each day. Huge difference in Hotels.

We heard loud plumbing sounds which started aroung 5:00 a.m. and sounded like a water softener - only louder. It kept us from sleeping beyond that point.

Duct work conducts sound from nearby rooms. Jacuzzi water was lukewarm half the time, and you have to call someone from the front desk to turn the jets on!! Kids are allowed to run and scream in the hallway at 6:00am without the staff doing anything about it (I had to yell at the inconsiderate parents). Again with kids being allowed to touch and practically play with food items in the breakfast buffet. Room keys stopped working a full hour before checkout time.
