科瓦利斯温德姆速8酒店(Super 8 by Wyndham Corvallis)

The staff is always very efficient and kind. The rooms always clean. Need to spruce up the grounds on the south and east sides towards public river walk. The rooms are getting bit dated but work well. Transients make some feel unsafe. Not a problem though.

Employee that checked us in was very nice and professional, first room we were provided was dirty, beds not made, bug spray left in room, smell was horrible! She booked us in another room which was better, not by much clean wise. Bathroom ceiling had mold, corners of floor was dirty and bedding cover had stains all over. Entire place needs proper cleaning! Entry way and breakfast area was disgusting.

Got in after football game. The room was full of spider webs, dead spiders on the bed. I went down and the lady gave me a vacuum so I could suck them up. So disappointed due to the cost of our night.

We were given a room that had little flying bugs in it. When we first got into the room, I had to take a cleaning wipe and wipe down the table, window ledge, and beds because there were so many bugs. At closer look, the window and air conditioner were how they were coming in. I also found a pair of slippers that weren’t ours so I know the room wasn’t cleaned properly before our stay. Staff was very nice but the room was very poor. We only used it to sleep so I didn’t even bother changing rooms but just be aware. We were on the 3rd floor.

The hotel seems to attract a population of homeless people in and around the lobby. The pool and spa were unavailable to use. The room had no doorknob for the bathroom, and the door was taped together using masking tape. The tv remote had no plastic backing and the batteries were secured with duct tape. The tub and floors were of questionable cleanliness, as were the sheets and covers. In short, this hotel was better than sleeping in a car or being on the street, but not by much.

The hotel was fine, I wild just book the the hotel directly in the future. ********** website doesn’t reflect the actual hotel website so when we arrived on a family trip for the kids to swim, the pool was down. ********** said they couldn’t help, and that although it wasn’t notes on their website it was reflected on the actual hotels website. The check in process was quick and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, however we had trouble turning on the TV....a set of directions for those of us who are clueless with technology would be most helpful!

Trash from previous occupancy was still there. The staff made the difference. If the woman that worked the front desk moved to another location, I’d stay there the next time. Her service was 5 star!!!
