科斯塔阿德赫White Tenerife附近酒店

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful grounds , stunning views and a great selection at breakfast. Also, all of the staff that I came across were very welcoming and friendly. However, I’m not sure if I would stay here again based on the room that we were given. It was extremely dark and dingy with a fully enclosed walled ‘balcony’, with no view. I couldn’t wait to get out of the room everyday!! Also, our room was booked for 2 Adults and 1 child, and there was just a double bed. An extra bed was delivered upon request and squeezed in, leaving very little room to move. I’m sure that there are some stunning rooms within this lovely hotel, ours just wasn’t one of them!’

Just back from thoroughly enjoyable stay at Las Dalias. Been here before and it has maintained its good standards. The rooms are spotless and cleaned to a high standard every day. A lot busier than previous years but didn’t detract. The upstairs bar (Venus Bar) just been refurbed and luckily reopened whilst we were there. This is a good place to go in the evening if you want different entertainment. It’s a really nice place to enjoy a drink. One thing different from previous visits is sunbed reserving. Some were at it at 630am! Probably don’t need to do this in all honesty. To be fair as the day wore on naturally the beds filled up but you. Should be okay getting a decent spot at any time in the morning. Finally - the staff contribute massively to the ambience and chilled out atmosphere. They are unfailingly polite , gracious and will engage with you. A lovely place to stay and will definitely return.

My general impressions of the Iberostar Bouganville Playa are, that whilst nice enough, the fact I have stayed in similar sized hotels in the same price bracket and some of these have been much better, then I would not probably not stay here again. Many of the problems I encountered have been highlighted by others, such as the fact you get dropped off at the local bus stop, rather than the hotel, have been discussed by others, so I won’t go into detail. People have complained about the wait for the lifts. Yes, this is a problem, four lifts serving 14 floors and 481 rooms. I think part of the problem is the control, the system seems to sends you a lift going in your direction but stopping at every floor, so it is full when it arrives, rather than sending one that is parked only one floor away and doing nothing. For those thinking of hiring a car and not familiar with the area. Free street parking, both around the hotel and also when out and about seems very thin on the ground. Yes, in the towns, there are spaces, but these always are taken. The hotel, I believe charges 10.00€ per night and the car park is not huge. We stayed in the star prestige area which has the advantage of being allocated a room on the upper floors. We were not troubled by any outside noise, just the odd bits of noise from other guests coming back after a night out ! The star prestige areas were very nice, with extras ranging from the cushions on the sunbeds, through to the air conditioned lounge area where you can get drinks and snacks. There are two star prestige sunbathing areas, one on the roof and the other behind the restaurant area, this one having two levels. Both are equipped with fridges containing complementary soft drinks, fizz and beers. One minor complaint was the age old problem of towel reserving of sunbeds. A daily occurnace of towels on beds first thing but the owners not appearing until after lunch. Getting a good spot is not always possible. Whilst the hotel doesn’t seem to care, a few signs might help. Hotel’s Plus’s Good location for local bars, restaurants and shops Bus stop close by. Wifi generally was very good Lots of hot water Unlike a lot of other hotels, there was space in the bathroom to put your bits and pieces. Hotel Minus’s Biggest minus from my point of view was the food. Breakfast was OK, not the best, not the worst, but OK for the number of people they are obviously catering for. Evening meals were less impressive, the biggest problem was that not only was most of the food itself barely lukewarm, the plates were stone cold. Also, the little signs telling you what the dishes were on occasions were obviously inaccurate, but in many cases, missing. Whilst not a problem for me, if you had an allergy, or could not eat certain foods, you really would be struggling. If you are not all inclusive, you have to pay for all drinks with your meals. They even charge 2.70€ for tap water and no, you cannot fill your bottle from the water fountain

不能以任何方式挑剔這家酒店。這是我們五年來第一次出國度假,沒有讓人失望。套房很可愛,一切都處於良好的工作狀態,我們遇到的任何問題都是輕微的,並且很快就得到了處理。從最近一直到清潔工的所有工作人員都非常迅速和高效。大聲喊出來必須去費邊和赫克託,他們總是有時間聊天,似乎總是白天和晚上值班。餐廳的工作人員特別棒經理會花時間聊天,讓孩子們開心。當我們沒有接我們的一次旅行時,接待非常有幫助,試圖幫助我們,我們設法與我們最初預訂的公司重新預訂。總而言之,我們享受了假期,並再次訪問這家酒店。

Been coming to neptuno for a few years now as it’s a cheap place to stay. It’s up a big hill to get to but isn’t the end of the world as you can walk down and get a taxi back up for anything from €5-€10. It’s about a 15-20min walk down the hill. There is now no security on an evening, almost every night we were woken up by an argument , glasses being thrown or people jumping in the pool early hrs of the morning. Most nights are boiling hot and with no air conditioning you almost have to have the patio doors open to allow some air in, or you can rent a crap fan from reception for €65! Our apartment had a path right next to it near the main entrance and the bedroom window wouldn’t lock and the shutter wouldn’t lock either, anyone could open and come in so you can’t really relax on a evening. Reception did nothing about it. Bar staff are great and the cleaners are also great. It’s a clean place The photos are of the path by our bedroom window.

Just back from a wonderful two weeks with my husband at this hotel !! .. we absolutely love Servatur Caribe ! Great location , good rooms ,this was are second year there . Plan to go back next year if the price is right . fantastic views ,nice pool vibe .. all the staff were friendly and helpful .. and surprised how quiet at night it was considering where it is .we where on sixth floor . Highly recommended!! Many thanks
