舒適酒店(Cozy Inn)

First time coming here n I’m very happy with customer service everything was fair for tha price will come here again.

They have a whole lecture at check in about no smoking (I’m triathlete btw, in town for a race) and the room stunk cigarettes. When I complained and asked to change room, even though they were available rooms, they told me I had to it with the 3rd party I booked the room (**********). Don’t even get me started on the disgusting condition of the carpet.

My stay here was amazing. It's a small boutique hotel in Costa Mesa. The rooms surprised me because they are very spacious and completely brand new inside. My room was a business king room. The bed was amazingly comfortable! There was a very modern feel from the way the towels were presented to the furniture inside! Beautiful granite countertops in my bathroom and the flat screen tv was huge with an excellent choice of channels! I will definitely stay here again!

Overall it was very unclean. There was hair in almost every place - huge clumps in the bathroom and in the sheets. My feet were instantly covered in dirt walking from the shower to the room. There were random sticky spots in many places on the floor. The bed was uncomfortable and had a huge dip in the middle so we both slept on an angle. It also squeaked at the slightest movement. We were next to the stairs and heard guests thumping their suitcases up and down late at night and early in the morning. The good - the aircon worked well and it was a huge room.

It was one of the few times that it was greatly disappointing. There was nothing good to say about the room except clean, comfortable bed that’s it. The rest of the room was a disaster, broken fixtures, no coffee, etc. I certainly would never say that again.

Room was so dirty we did not stay. We left within 10 minutes of being here. Pillow cases were stained and walls were filthy. Countertops had sticky substance on them. We left and notified the front desk.

Friendly check-in, I can not say clean but OK, old interior, loud AC, strong and not pleasant room freshener. For less money there is plenty available.

After a rude checkin where they refused my cash deposit requiring plastic instead, the room smelled like fetid crap upon entry, then discovered there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, then discovered there was no heat from the heater. Truly a one star experience
