I have been lucky enough to stay a many hotels good and bad but I have never seen such a awful excuse for a hotel. The room was unbelievably dirty and very tired and made me feel sick being in them! Everything in that hotel looks dirty and broken including the pool area's, oh and good luck getting a sun lounger thats not broken or covered in dirty bodies. I was so upset that I called the rep and refused to stay a second night as it was making me and my girlfriend ill. The area were hotel is based looks like Baghdad do please please avoid this place at all costs. If you want a nice place to visit go over to pota del Carmen we're it's completely different as soon as we got there we bothed breathed I sigh of relief! Not one to complain but had to get this out there.

We visited last year with our son so wanted to return here with our twin daughters also as we knew it was clean, safe, great location and the pools are warm. We had another great stay. We had requested a ground floor room and really hoped we weren’t facing the building work as family rooms are to that side. Room was perfect position! Easy access to both pools and breakfast room, ground floor and no building work seen or heard. All the staff were very friendly but particularly the lifeguard (we heard someone call him Gilbert so may be his name?) and Ava/Ana on reception who were just fantastic so helpful and so friendly. Breakfast is 8-11 which allows you time for a lay in and check out is 12! Great timings so you’re never rushed. Fab food at breakfast, especially the fried eggs and never a queue for anything. Many thanks and hopefully we will be returning again soon.

Just home after staying 10 days at this hotel, was a nice hotel but have stayed in better 4 star hotels PROS - The beds in the room are very comfortable - Great location - Food was lovely CONS - We had a deluxe room with hot tub, could ideally provide a couple extra towels in room for using with the tub or even a robe & slippers. - Some mornings towels would be lifted by lifeguard and some mornings people had towels down at 7am and lifeguards never touched them, surely a lot easier to either lift them every day, not just random days as this cause's confusion. - We had a water mark appear on our shower ceiling and after reporting it, the maintenance teams answer was to paint over it, reported again after it re appeared and was painted over again?? - Check out - check out is 12am and after enquiring about a late check out and it being unavailable, was offered an extension on our all inclusive instead, we ended up using the disabled toilets in reception to change in before we left, a room or 2 near reception could be kept as a courtesy room for this reason to allow guests to shower and change before leaving like in many other hotels. - Buffet restaurant - Could do with at least 1 more coffee machine for the morning and the layout isn't the best, you access the restaurant into where all the hot/cold buffet is located and it becomes extremely busy with people entering/leaving and people getting breakfast all meeting at the same point. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably come back again, just a few small things let it down.

雖然酒店很可愛,但一天晚上我在晚餐時發現一塊塑料,足以死一個人,因爲它有小鉗,幸運的是我吃得很慢,所以當我把它放在嘴脣上時,我注意到了它,但另一個人可能沒有那麼幸運,我直接把它帶到了酒店值班經理,因爲我不想給餐館造成尷尬,我從值班經理那裏得到的只是對不起,但事故發生了,即使這可能有生命她說了威脅性的後果,沒有試圖改變局勢,所以我可能不會再去那裏

Thought i would give my thoughts on this hotel. It was not the one i booked, but i could not go the other hotel for other reasons so was offered this. On the whole it is a nice hotel i will say it is not the worst, but not the best 4* ive ever stayed in. I will give good and bad, and take notes below: We stayed in a standard room, not a themed room as on the website. Good points : It is very clean, room cleaned everyday, outside and pool area spotless all the time. Staff seemed friendly, although tbh i didn't have to many interactions but the ones i did were pleasant Location is ok, there is a bus stop at the bottom of the road where you can get a bus to Accerife, Puerto del carmen and the Sunday market in Teguise. Also easy walking distance to the resort centre along the sea front - very pleasant Xmas decorations were nice Loads of available sunbeds, but it was December :) Bad Points: The food is very very beige!, very little variation. Same pasta and sause everyday, there was usually a different protien served, but the rest is very similar every day. Dinner is usually a slight variation of Lunch. I also had a pork chop on the last day and when i cut into it it was pink. could have been an odd one but i wasnt willing to try another. 'fruit juice' in the morning at breakfast is just cordial, or extremly watered down juice. All inclusive can be better and is much better than this! We ended up eating out for dinner the last 3 nights (of 7) as just so bored at the lack of choice. The room we were in was above the kitchen, hope you are a heavy sleeper as at 3.30 am the fans start in the kitchen and wake you up vibrating the room! Average and to be aware of : The hotel is in need of a refurb, there are broken tiles in the hallways, unfinished painting in the dining room, the bedroom furniture is a joke, you wouldnt give £2 for the lot in a second hand shop. mirrors cracked, wardrobe rotten, dors to the terace - glass is broken with a bit of tape over it. nothing a few £100 wouldnt fix, so why not do it? You have to buy(or rent) a plastic cup at the pool bar, i get it keeps the mess down but just seems a little odd when you get there or if you forget them and leave them in your room ! Snack bar - nah not my idea of snacks that - cheese and ham and some dry bread Cocktails are extra - even with the local spirits - not very 4* that. Could do with more areas to sit and relax in the evening, the bar is rammed with music from a tv being played, not really relaxing. The large reception area has a sofa and 2 chairs - lovely to sit and relax, if your the lucky ones to get there. There is easily more room for a few more sets and a couple coffee tables in that massive area. 4* should include the use of the safe without paying extra Overall we had a nice week, and for the price, its better than a week at home, just be prepared to eat out a few nights to relive the boredom of the meals
