Dirty toilet bowl No hot water, only a cold shower Breakfast was terrible, eggs were more water than egg, sausage patty only lukewarm warm. No apple juice, only water came out, orange juice watered down as may well have been water. Went across to BK I am used to BW plus, although it states SureStay Plus, there is no comparison between the two. It was a lay over, just disappointed the facilities were poor and NO hot water 🚿
