Excellent visit

Nice and relatively new hotel, very friendly staff, clean and modern design

Great for an overnight stay. Clean, bed was comfortable. water pressure good. Breakfast over on the weekends at 9am so we missed that thinking it was 930am. Friendly staff, easy check in.

A disappointing stay at this hotel. As it's a BW, I didn't have expectations this would be a 5-star experience. I did expect a cheap and cheerful room, that would meet a minimum standard of cleanliness. While the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room itself was gross. I pulled back the sheets to find a brown stain in the middle of the bed. Two of the four pillows had grey smears on them. These did not appear to be old/set stains. I would surmise the sheets were not washed between guests. While the front desk placed me in an alternate room, nothing else was offered for the inconvenience. First time at this location, won't likely be back.

Pros: The property was central for me for my business needs. Here were the cons: Dirty tub/clogged drain, was standing in 2 inches of water while showering. Sound proofing minimal - could hear person above me stomping/talking/coughing. Room was cold, blankets were extremely thin - no extra blankets/ no bath robes available.

The front desk male attendant working on Thursday night 06/23/2022 was very blunt, rude and inhospitable. It was his mistake that the ******* rooms were still showing available but then he was not willing to offer us the family suite at the same price we booked online with *******. He had no desire or interest to assist us or fulfil the reservation we had booked online as he said he didn't have the same room type available!! Then why did he not close those rooms types online with the ******* booking system. He was very apathetic and looked like he hated the job he was doing. His loss our gain as they moved us to Westin Bear Mountain Resort hotel which was obviously incredible service from ******* going out of their way to provide exceptional service to us. This front desk guy does not belong in the people business!

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was uncomfortable. Our room faced the highway side which we found noisy.

Clean, which is what we were hoping for. On a school trip with a group. Nice accommodations for our trip.
