這次入住四天三夜，沒有Housekeeping，但每天我們去前台要毛巾，服務態度挺好的!
房間空調設施不錯！小廚房裡咖啡機，各種杯子齊全。
自助早餐還算豐盛，乾淨，味道不錯！
咖啡☕️24小時供應。

Our family that includes two young adults was very comfortable the in a 2 bdr suite. Very clean, new and modern, with AC control in in each room, fully equipped kitchen, great pool and jacuzzi facilities, a plentiful breakfast buffet ...and the list goes on and on. The street noise was minimal as the windows provide good noise insolation. The smell of cedar tree coming from the nearby mill was delightful and it added to the overall charm of the town. We would stay again there.

We stayed there for a hockey tournament. I know there were multiple teams there. Yhe staff was nice and on top of things only complaint is for someone struggling with stairs the elevator is very slow and lags on the 4th floor. And with kids playing in the elevator it made it worse!. Pool great! Food good! But again obviously a lil busy and i think they werent super prepared to host so many people as alot of things were out by 830. Was a great stay even the minor inconveniences.

This is a lovely well maintained hotel in a quaint location with wonderful staff. The included breakfast is excellent with great variety and crisp bacon! This location is very quiet which is nice. The chairs in the breakfast room have been abused so their support is all gone but that’s easily fixed. Great hotel will return.

The hotel is in great shape and the staff are amazing.
I have a family member that needs some help with medical care and the staff and general manager are really caring and genuine about how they are doing.
The bar across the street is not a place I would recommend for food, ordered just a a cheese burger with bacon and no onions, it was $18 for just a burger and had onions and no bacon and there was no way the quality of it was worth anything close to the price of it!

We have come to expect a high standard at the Chemainus Best Wester Plus and have yet to be disappointed. The breakfast buffet is also excellent.

The front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast food itself was fairly typical but the staff made sure nothing ran out and things were kept clean.

I love this hotel and have stayed there many times.
It’s exceptionally clean and a fantastic breakfast.
I just wish the maid had cancelled the 6am alarm from the previous occupant so I could have slept in.
