科蘇梅爾宮全包酒店

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was very thoughtful. The only issue we found was with the pro found with the the ruthless attempts to have us schedule a promotion presentation Fortunately, after they accepted our decline for the promotion presentation, we enjoyed our stay at the palace

Cozumel Palace is visually nice. The staff (up front) are all trying to get over on people. Once you walk in they greet you, hand you a drink and carnation then as soon as you get to check in they tell you about how you are in a category and that you can upgrade for only $95 (they fail to say a night). We got into our room (that was booked online a month in advance) and it’s the very first room on the ground floor. The room didn’t look very clean and it just so happened to be a handy capable room. This would have been great if we needed it but that was not the case. When we went to the front to ask for a different room, they were very rude and said they had nothing for us. We were not happy and let them know we did not want to stay in that room. All of a sudden they had something, but wanted us to pay an additional $380 to move up.

Great resort to relax. Food is above average compared to other resorts. Not a lot to do besides eat, drink and hang by the pool. Not a lot of socializing. Skip out on Momo, the Japanese restaurant, the rest were great.
