Room was very clean and place was nice .staff are friendly it was good experience staying at this hotel

We stayed at this hotel over Easter and were surprised to be told there would be no staff on-site from Thursday afternoon until Tuesday morning. No cleaning, no service of any sort, just a rack with some spare towels and other amenities. Also, no access to the secure parking. It seems like that is something we should have been informed about during the booking process. On the positive side we did have dinner at the Picasso restaurant on the one night it was open and the food and service was very good.

Tidy and clean, nice experience.

Won’t stay here again, the reception is only between 9am and 5pm which was not helpful when you need help the most after returning to the room at the end of the day. The cleaning was not thorough, the spa bath filter had hair trapped and looked unhygienic. The air conditioning didn’t work at all.

The room was very clean and coffee shop at the venue very convenient. Surrounding park happened to have morning market, which was lovely.

The staff at Sferas are friendly and super-helpful. Very quiet room overlooking Civic Park. Close to Tea Tree Plaza and where I needed to be for my event.

We had a deluxe queen bed with spa and balcony, only one arm chair and one kitchen chair in the room a little uncomfortable to sit in for the evening. Was not aware of the $180 bond money up front

Over a good stay, the only bad thing was the party down stairs you could hear in your rooms was very annoy to full asleep to music at 10pm.
