Die Lage ist fußläufig zur Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind wie abgebildet und haben auch eine moderne Ausstattung. Leider wurde die Dusche nicht warm und war somit nicht nutzbar. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, in meinem Rührei war allerdings noch eine Eierschale.

Nos encanto este hotel. Muy limpio, a 3 minutos caminando al centro. Hay tiendas y restaurantes cerca. El parque enfrente muy lindo y tenía desayuno muy delicioso incluido todos los días. El personal muy amable

Terrible experience. I asked twice for cleaning of my room just after arrival. They just changed the towels. No vacuum cleaning, no dust removal. Just total mess. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. I would give it maximum 2 stars even if it was clean.

Un buen hotel con muy buen desayuno y muy cerca del la zona historica. Habitaciones muy comodas, pero TIENE UN PROBLEMA que solo cuenta con un solo ascensor lo que dificulta la subida y bajada de equipaje. Muy limpio y con todos los amenitis precisos.

I have always loved this hotel however, I managed to hurt myself into a bed leg, a stupid stainless steel plate with sharp edges. Accident reports to front desk no apologies received. Stone cold staff, apparently unhappy to have us as guests. A smile could be useful if one may get to stick it to them.

Well renovated, with excellent size of the room,all amenities present, little bit bad illumination. Central localisation with easy access to any part of center of the City. Friendly and helpful cleaning staff trying to help despite language barrier. Very stange reception: no emotions, no pleasant or unpleasant, just "frozen". Breakfast very generous in quantity, but with median quality of food. Excellent view from entrance of hotel. My room was with windows sealed and without any view.

This hotel is very clean,tidy and has a kind staff; The day I booked a stay here had the checkout at 10 AM and I left at 11 AM and no one disturbed or told me anything in this regard, they were as respectul as ever and I respect that too
