客房還算幹淨，附近有星巴克，泰國餐，便利店。 就是客房服務兩天才來幫我整理一次。實在惱火。 早餐還算豐富，有免費咖啡自己弄可以外帶。 服務人員都親切。

I’m very disappointed. I’m traveling for work and heard this was a nice place to stay. They are listed on the CLC website as accepting the CLC card. When I got there I was told that the hotel doesn’t accept CLC yet and that the hotel listed on the site prematurely. Fortunately the Wyngate across the street had vacancies. The new management needs to get their act together.

My family and I stayed there and the pictures looked nice but we found this to be an old hotel building in need of upgrades. Not Marriott quality. We got a dirty room with ripped carpeting that needs replaced. The walls are beat up and the furniture was heavily worn. If you like newer, clean hotels, look elsewhere.

The staff were super helpful, the front desk person gave us so much good advice and helped us with getting around the city with recommendations. Breakfast was good, staff very nice, very clean area. Same menu everyday basically. The patio for grilling was well used and nice. A very nice lady on staff helped us with the grill. Good pool, a little cold.

Check in went smoothly. Room was clean and nice. Couch in room was not very comfortable. Hotel looked new from the outside but the inside the rooms need some work. The doors in rooms did not connect together very well doors were hard to close. We did not use any of the amenities.

We stayed here for one night and had to switch rooms because of the absolute pungent mold smell. So bad that it could be considered a toxic health hazard, everywhere you walk. There was no change when moved to the second floor. The front desk told us that there was a flood and it was treated. But this was bad, and honestly this Residence Inn should be closed and remediated/remodeled. Every floor and room, carpet, lobby and eating area, every vent especially in the stairwells. We left as soon as we could the next morning, sick with headaches and a sinus infection. The reviews of pleasantries and cleanliness have to be written by employees or management. As soon as you walk into any door on the property, the smell rips right through you. We don’t normally leave reviews, however we read them before we book hotels and this wasn’t mentioned. If it was we wouldn’t have stayed here. So we are mentioning it now for future travelers.

We arrived at this hotel at 4am as travel was delayed due to snow! The gentleman on the front desk was great. He immediately offered us a late (2.30pm) check out. The room was good, the only drawback were the urine stains on the back of the bathroom door. Otherwise it was a good place to stay over.

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, EAT FROM THE BREAKFAST BUFFET. I am a former employee who was instructed by management to falsify an entire month's worth of food temperature logs (October 2023). I was on leave for the entirety of October 2023; i.e. I wasn't even in the building for the entire month of October 2023. DO NOT drink the oat milk. It is not held at the proper temperature. DO NOT use the milk or creamer at the coffee station. They are also not held at the proper temperature. Food is kept in refrigerators that do not hold proper temperature. Temperature records for said refrigerators are not kept. Management is aware of this. THE SANITIZING WATER IS COLD. THE UTENSILS PUT OUT AT THE BUFFET ARE NOT PROPERLY SANITIZED. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, EAT FROM THE BREAKFAST BUFFET.

First the good stuff. Staff friendly, willing to go extra mile. Beds were comfortable. Two bedroom suite with full kitchen had great advantage for our stay. However, this is a hotel that needs a physical overhaul. The rooms are dated and show wear and tear, including a broken window in the living room. It took three times recoding the keys before they would work (but staff did a great job working with us). The kitchen was missing silverware (quickly replaced by staff). Generally, the place is showing its age.

The beds are EXTREMELY hard. We have stayed in many Marriotts and I have never had a worse night's sleep. There is a continental breakfast in the morning which was nice so we could jump on the road quickly- there were eggs, frittatas, hard boiled eggs, sausage, belgian waffles, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, english muffins, toast, cereal & milk, bananas, oranges, apples, coffee, juice and cold bottled waters (one of the more extensive breakfast selections!) The hallways are also EXTREMELY hot and muggy and smell like cigarettes and dog (it's dog-friendly, so to be expected I guess)

This worked for what we needed, a place to sleep on a road trip with two adults, four teens and two dogs that didn’t break the bank. Would I stay there again? Not likely. There was one super nice woman from housekeeping who brought us a roll- away bed. Everyone else was just showing up to do their job. I get it. No judgement. The pillows were so thin as to be nonexistent. The bathrooms had seen better days. The breakfast had your basic fare. Bread products were stale.

We had a king suite with full kitchen. Great space in living area. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was great. Definitely a great place to stay with a family. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Right next door to a Starbucks and Rita’s.

The entryway is nice, as are the amenities (courtyard, fitness center, fire pit) but that’s where it ends. The second you leave the front desk area the hotel is gross. The rooms are DISGUSTING. The floors and counters were sticky (so much so that I walked around in flip flops; didn’t want my slippers to touch that floor). The light fixtures were broken and missing lightbulbs, the bathroom mirror was cracked, and the kitchenette towels were filthy. The walls were so thin I couldn’t hear the television over the noise created by neighboring showers and running water. The TV volume was up to 50 & I still couldn’t hear it over the water. And the smell of the hallways, elevator and room was stale and gave me a headache. Finally, the popcorn ceilings screamed “asbestos permanently resides here and your cancer diagnosis is imminent.”

While the staff seemed pleasant, despite the holiday dates, the physical plant has clearly been neglected. It is not up to Marriott standards. In our bed/bathroom, there were several areas where the carpet was damaged, the bathroom wall covering was damaged, the door needed to be repainted, the toilet ran, the bathroom faucet fixture was very loose, the bathroom shelf was loose so that it was well more than 90 degrees from the wall. The bedding seemed like it hadn’t been replaced in years, though the sheets did seem clean. In the common room, the furniture was stained and ripped. I was not comfortable sitting on the sofa, and couldn’t imagine sleeping on the sofa bed. In the business area, the computers were so out of date I couldn’t print a simple document without updating the operating system. Outside the lighting was poor, as was the signage. I will not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to others.
