Un hotel que nos sigue deslumbrando. Esta vez fuimos en familia, reservamos como siempre las habitaciones con balcón con vista la montaña. Despertar con esa vista todas las mañanas es un placer. El hotel en sí es hermoso, las habitaciones, las terrazas, el bar, el Spa, el cine, pero lo que destaca es el servicio. Están siempre atentos hasta en los más mínimos detalles, el servicio en recepción, sala de esquíes, choferes, mucamas, bar y restaurante, TODO el servicio es IMPECABLE. Han tenido un sinfín de detalles que valoramos inmensamente. Volveremos el año que viene!

The moment you arrive, the breathtaking glory of Mont Blanc takes your breath away. The impeccable service, the meticulously thought of amenities, our elegant suit, unique culinary delights and attention to detail by the whole team made us feel truly pampered. The spacious terrace where you have the colorful harmony of what the skies offer both during sunrise and sunset, are literally breathtaking. This was our second time and will definitely not be the last ❤️

O melhor hotel que fui nos últimos tempos! Hospitalidade, conforto, atendimento impecável, quarto espaçoso , extremamente limpo. Produtos para banho da Bvlgari. Restaurante Five espetacular: vale pedir o wagyu, dos deuses. O SPA é maravilhoso, café da manhã no quarto, vista linda!!!! Estou encantada !!!

Comme dans un conte de fées, du début à la fin ! Nous avons vraiment savouré ce séjour dans ce lieu exceptionnel. La météo était magnifique ce qui nous a permis de nous laisser éblouir par la vue depuis le balcon, avec un superbe dégagement sur les montagnes. Le SPA, le restaurant, la chambre, le service, tout était parfait ... il mériterait une étoile de plus cet établissement. Le prochain séjour est déjà fixé ! MERCI pour cette expérience magique ! Nuestra estadía en Guarda Golf no pudo ser mejor. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out fue todo increíble. El edificio es hermoso, clásico, de madera oscura, impecablemente decorado. La habitación tiene una vista de morir! Los amenities y pequeños detalles se hicieron notar durante toda nuestra estadía. El personal sumamente amables, siempre atento a nuestras necesidades, enfocados en todo momento a complacernos, hicieron de nuestra estadía un disfrute total. El restaurante tiene un nivel excelente, puedo dar fe de ello ya que en el correr de la semana degustamos casi todos los platos de la carta. Un hotel para disfrutar en todos los sentidos. Súper recomendable!

As instalações são incríveis, localização previlegiada, perto de pontos importantes! A limpeza, cordialidade, atenção, cuidados dos funcionários e da própria dona sra Nati foram impecáveis! A estrutura é espetacular, comida excelente, café da manhã espetacular! Um hotel perfeito, sem nenhum defeito, agradara à todos, com certeza! Recomendadíssimo! Até breve!

Tudo foi fantástico, uma experiência melhor do que tivemosw no Burj Al Arab porque além da decoração impecável, aromas, cozinha com chefs internacionais no Guarda Golf o serviço é indescritivelmente maravilhosa, realizado por pessoas felizes e satisfeitas. E os mimos não param por aí, todos os dias carros confortáveis para levar ao esqui ou a qualquer lugar da cidade. Os funcionários são felizes e te tratarão muito bem, inclusive tirando suas botas quando você chegar exausto do esqui. Quando você volta a sua suíte haverá uma surpresa te esperando. Se você precisar de algo a equipe vai encontrar. Resumindo, muito conforto com surpresas gastronômicas e uma vista de tirar o fôlego!!! Bom, não da pra falar mais, agora é só você ir até lá conferir!!!

Guarda Golf in Crans Montana is a golden find. The staff are courteous from the point of arrival, graciously catering to every need. In our case it was a graduation stay for brothers and staff went out of their way to shuttle, drive, provide bottled water and even opened the breakfast early to accommodate guests. In particular we would like to highlight the solid wood used in the rooms and tidy bathroom. Leopold our driver for much of the duration of our stay was insightful, knowledgeable and very thoughtful person indeed. We very much enjoyed talking to him during rides. Five was a brilliant restaurant worth trying for its excellent cuisine and fish especially. Large wine selection for a small hotel. The front desk and luggage services are also very much appreciated. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay at Guarda Golf Crans Montana.

I travel a lot and change hotels regularly and what I would like to highlight is the impeccable service of Guarda Golf team. There are other luxury and charing hotels in Crans-Montana but the service here is really a unique experience. EVERY team member is there to help you and to fulfil your desires and a hotel's shuttle is always at disposal. And rooms, spa and pool are always as great as I remember them from my previous stay.
