Staff was friendly, breakfast was awesome and hotel was clean!!! Great Job! I will be back.

The breakfast was average at best. The bacon was overcooked and you did not offer us non pork eaters a meat substitute.

There was a constant noise in the room I had coming from the wall opposite the bed. Staff offered a move to another room, but I had no desire to do that at 2am. The noise seemed to be within the wall rather than next room. Noise continued throughout my stay, making it hard to hear TV. Room 204 is above the pool area and close to kitchen area. It seemed to be heavy electric current passing through lines, similar to what you might hear standing under a transmission line, but this was in the wall. Not sure it's fixable, but others may want to avoid this room.

Legally I am blind , asking the front desk to print me a key for my room and had my number , she called the cops is what she conveyed to me then ! My phone in the room rang all night ! Called and complained

Loved all the little things! I loved the room darkening shades, the soft sheets, clean and pleasant smelling room, all the amenities. Super comfy bed and very helpful, polite staff! By far one of the best nights of our week long vacation.

Great stay. Very accommodating. Very clean. Good location. Friendly staff.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the property and the staff was fast and polite and the hotel is spacious and very clean and comfortable I will give this place a 9/10 only reason it’s not 10/10 is because of the traffic noise outside even tho it’s not their fault now take that away and it’s a 10!!!

The hotel staff is awesome. ******* however did not complete our reservation. Fortunately, the wonderful staff at the hotel found a room for us. Higher price, but at least we have a place to stay. I will never use ******* again!!
