Stayed here for 7 weeks during the summer for our ambulance course,The breakfast team of Tina were very helpful and chatty,Amy the manager is very nice and helpful she runs a very good team at Crawley,Then the bar team who looked after us every night Danny and callum are very helpful and looked after us very well,overall a very good Premier inn with excellent staff and communication

We stayed here for a family wedding and were a bit concerned after seeing negative reviews on this hotel. Needn’t have worried, hotel staff were absolutely fabulous from Check in to Check out. Had dinner on first night which was decent and not too pricey as were our drinks. The hotel has no AC but a fan was provided which kept the room at a decent temperature ( although this may be an issue if it was hotter). All in all a good experience.

If you are looking for an uninterrupted sleep then do not choose room 104. There was no air con in the rooms and no lift. This we were made aware of in advance. We were there for two nights. Our room had a very noisy rumbling and droning noise and also overlooked the kitchen yard and dustbins below. If you had the windows open you would hear staff below. The noise in the room was caused by a very noisy fan on the kitchen equipment below. One of the fans was needing attention. They did offer a change of room but as we were there for two nights we chose not to move all our stuff out. We did not receive the offer of a refund despite our interrupted sleep.

Grest location before flying out of Gatwick. Good parking facilities. Lovely friendly staff. Great knowledge of local area Nice bar/restaurant area. Very comfortable beds. Rooms lovely and clean. Very close to Crawley town centre. The town has lots of restaurants and pubs to choose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel. In fact we have stayed her 5 times now

Late stop over before flying early next morning ,easy car parking ,check in and comfortable bed, quiet and relaxing area, would definitely stay there again as easy access to airport, car park and friendly staff

Side bed uncomfy, Rooms absolutely sweltering, Stale bread and Incredibly rude staff with awful service. Didn’t specify meal deal causing a ridiculous confusion.Only good part was the double bed. Wouldn’t recommend, as in an awkward position and a generally bad experience overall.

Great location for an overnight stay before flying from Gatwick Airport. The airport is just a few miles away. Staff here very friendly and helpful even though it was busy. Booked an advanced rate which made it very good value. Breakfast good too. Would recommend and stay again .

Really nice and comfortable room! Big and comfy bed. Kids eat free at breakfast which was a real treat of full English, lots of lovely pastries and pancakes! Lovely and friendly staff. Great location, lots of free parking. The bathroom had a little dampy smell where the shower curtain had t dried properly which was off putting but apart from that it was all great!
