我住過很多Premier Inns，它們總是標準的服務。不在這裡！房間很小。浴室已經過時了。當我們到達並去使用套間時，我們的馬桶座圈完全壞了。這個世界上清潔工不可能不知道這一點！他們確實把我們搬到了另一個房間。房間沒有那種可愛放鬆的感覺。這些房間是您不想看枕頭套下的枕頭或床單下的床墊的類型！我們在附設的酒吧吃飯，一切都又黏又髒。酒杯上沾著口紅。餐具上還放著食物。飯菜是冷的而且薯條很鬆軟。不要在這裡吃喝。事實上，除了工作人員之外，我根本不會推薦這個地方！工作人員很棒！他們很友好，樂於助人，而且很有吸引力！可悲的是酒店和酒吧真的很糟糕所以我不會回去！

The room itself was in a very poor standard, we also had to travel to an annex in the pouring rain as our room wasn’t in the hotel?? The worst premier inn I have ever stayed in I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! We also arrived half hour early and got asked to pay £10 to check in - we refused and ate in the bar.

stayed before a flight from Gatwick which was an early start. Hotel looks shabby from the outside and needs urgent work, it's the same inside, dated and needs an up lift. Very poor night's sleep as people above very noisy. Every step taken above was like a stamp. The building isn't fit for purpose.

4 月 30 日，我的家人（20 人）預訂了這家餐廳的午餐，這是我們第一次在其他地方用餐。對員工的服務、食物和友善完全滿意。工作人員非常樂於助人，對他們來說沒有要求太多。家庭共識非常開心&我們會再去那裡，我們通常每年見面 3/4 次

Hotel was based on convenience location wise more than anything. Stayed here before and was happy staff were helpful especially Helen and another lad who's name I did not get but he said something about Scotland so if he sees this he knows who he is 😊 hopefully after the whole transition for brewers fair to Premier inn the bar and restaurant will go back to the way it was before.

Reviews for this hotel were very mixed but my two night stay was fine. Check in was quick and my ground floor room was clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was also good. I didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food but I did have one beer in the bar where service was efficient and friendly. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the town/train station and is just two stops from Gatwick airport.

We were told you only get 1 pillow per person Tried the restaurant it was a brewers fayre but now premier inn run and more expensive staff were rude Room had so many problems bath taps faulty and did not shut off correctly no extract fan working in the bathroom heating hit and miss After using this premier inn for over 10 years we will never return avoid if you can

I have been staying in Premier Inn Hotels for the past 18months during weekdays and I can safely say that the service and the poached eggs served to me today were the best I've had. The Chef Thomas was fantastic and Helen the waitress was very polite and professional, you are both a credit to your employer. Keep up the good work.
