Nice hotel . The hitel is clean and tidy. Rooms are OK nothing brilliant but you get what u pay for. Bed was comfortable and when I asked for extra pillows it wasn't a problem. Great located town center 5 min walk away perfect location for shopping Staff check in staff were lovely. Would only recommend for short stay . Comfortable clean perfect nothing fancy, however it was what we expected so not disappointed Ty 100 percent recommend for short stay , business or somewhere to lay your head for a couple of nights

Super clean and friendly environment, full English breakfast 10 out of 10, Chef Mark vary professional and kind with us! We definitely coming back sometime next year, really lovely place to stay for a longer period of time with family or in a couple.

The conditions in this quarantine hotel were worse than in jail. The food was horrendous and not-fresh. I was asked to choose one dinner item from a pre-set menu for 10 days in advance. Some items such as juice were promised every day but never delivered. Salads were made of slimy peppers and rotten stinking leaves, which were green a week ago. Despite the complaint about this, i continued to receive “healthy and nutritious” salads for at least three days. So called panini contained a weird green substance inside. A potato salad contains three baby potatoes and a teaspoon of peas, no mayo! I had to share a lift and a court-yard with covid-positive residents. Security ‘kindly’ warned me to keep my distance from these guests. The security personnel is rude, not-friendly and very intimidating. The court-yard is dirty, with cigarette butts and used ppe scattered all over. The light bulbs missing in the room, the wi-fi signal is very poor, only two gadgets can be connected. The bathroom sink is blocked. Laundry includes 7 small items. I am currently undergoing a medical treatment following my stay in this ‘safe’ place,

Staff, including security personnel, were helpful, pleasant, and responsive to requests. The room was decent size, clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and everything worked (kettle, iron, fridge etc). Meals were excellent, food arrived hot, well-packaged and on time. Given the restrictions of having to individually package every meal for every guest it was reasonable to be asked to choose the menu in advance. The free wifi was good enough to allow me to connect to my office secure systems and work normally. I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to be locked up for 10 days

We were booked in here for a wedding and luckily I phoned ahead to check the booking on the way down. I was told this is now a quarantine hotel, our booking had been cancelled and we had been transferred to the Hilton. Checked with the Hilton who didn’t have a reservation for us. Checked email including spam and had received no communication about this. Awful service

Forced to quarantine here (no choice, with an exorbitant payment taken in advance of the trip) they took an unprofessional / bullying approach from the start, rather ​than taking the time to explain anything. After a long tiring journey, the treatment was like a prisoner, not a customer. Management were worse than useless (interrupting a conversation to say to their temporary staff 'do it better' without explaining how, etc). Reception were ok, once I finally got there; but it's an odd hotel that asks you to specify every, extremely average, meal more than a week in advance. I didn't have a choice. Post Covid, if you do, then I'd say avoid this hotel if at all possible. I've worked across Asia, Africa & South America in some very difficult places, but this is the only hotel I've encountered that I'd never ever revisit. I'd rather be back in Kabul than go back to the Aurora.
