We stayed 4 nights at this fabulous bed and breakfast and enjoyed every minute. Robert and Becky were very welcoming and helpful and made our stay unforgettable. The Queen room upstairs was a delight. Full of beautiful furniture with an enormous attached bathroom. There is a balcony outside the room where you can relax and watch the vast number of birds who visit the garden. In fact there are numerous places around the property to sit and relax. Great for when it's pouring down! The property is stunning and set amongst lots of cashew trees. It is truly a beautiful place. Both Becky and Robert are great cooks and provided us with delicious fresh meals. Robert is a tour guide and took us around to many places including the Mayan sites . He even managed to find a local restaurant serving up the "Royal Rat", a local delicacy we had been trying to find for ages. We walked around Crooked Tree village a lot. It's a very friendly little place and fabulous birds are everywhere. This bed and breakfast is by far the best place to stay in this area if you want peace, quiet, great hospitality and delicious food. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and I would have no hesitation in staying here again if we ever returned to Belize.

The b&b is set in lovely grounds with lots of birds. The owners, Robert and Rebecca are brilliant hosts with Robert organising tours and transport while Rebecca cooks delicious meals at breakfast and dinner. The rooms are full of character and there are a couple of places to sit out and watch the birds, while there's also a small swimming pool for a welcome dip. We loved it.

We had a two-night stay in this hacienda style accommodation located in the village of Crooked Tree which is accessed from the main highway by a causeway. The island is a protected area and there is a fee of $BZ 8 per person to pay whilst staying here. The small visitor centre is on the right as you reach the end of the causeway. The location of the B&B is wrong on Trip Advisor but is correctly listed on Google. The accommodation is in extensive landscaped grounds and attracts lots of birds. Robert and Becky the owners are gracious hosts and always willing to provide advice and help with planning trips. There are only three rooms here, we had the ground floor room which was very spacious although a little dark. Decoration is quite eclectic and unusual but very stylish. A comfortable bed and constant hot water provide the basics for a comfortable stay. The public areas have lots of seating options, two balconies and lots of books to peruse. For anyone wishing to just chill out in peaceful surroundings it is just perfect. Dining options are limited so we had breakfast and dinner here on both nights. Food was excellent and Becky is always willing to accommodate dietary tastes. Out plan had been to hike the various nature trails around Crooked Tree but unfortunately this plan was seriously curtailed due to very high-water levels around the lagoon which had closed many trails, but we still found enough to do for the time we were there. This was a most peaceful and relaxing stay.

Small, but wonderful place on the outskirts of Crooked Tree. We had a multi-day stay at Birds Eye Lodge, but they were overbooked for one day in the middle. We shifted to Beck's, where we were treated like royalty. The facility is much more modern than Birds Eye, and Beck and her husband are extremely gracious hosts. Meals were delicious, rooms were spacious and very nicely appointed. The grounds are very peaceful. We didn't realize, until we were there, that they didn't take credit cards. Fortunately, PayPal worked just fine.

We throughly enjoyed our time staying with the Becks. Jane made wonderful meals the house had many places to hang out including a small pool. The best part was the fabulous garden and the birds. Robert took us out on an excursion for the day to Western Belize and Greens Butterfly farm. Robert is very knowledgeable and pleasant. You need 3 days minimum there to enjoy it.

Beautiful rooms in a well kept Estate. Robert and Becky are incredibly welcoming and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable and passionate about the local culture and environment. Very peaceful and quiet. Fresh coffee early in the morning and a wonderful breakfast too. Glad we had the opportunity to enjoy it.

What an awesome experience! This Air B&B is tucked away amongst cashew trees and multiple varieties of birds. Our room was spacious and we slept well due to the bed being so comfortable and the quiet atmosphere. Becky and Robert are the kindest, most helpful hosts. Robert set us up with a river/Mayan ruins tour, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Robert cooked fabulous breakfasts every morning and Becky’s dinner and dessert - amazing! We took Becky up on an invite to a local church service, and spent our last evening listening to the history of Crooked Tree and playing games. Don’t miss out on this unique experience in Belize!

Robert & Beck’s villa is truly an OASIS and worth the trip. The room and property was beyond our expectations and the hosts so accommodating. Comfy beds, spacious private room, hot shower, beautiful grounds…the perfect end to our Belize stay. Thank you for sharing your home!

This is a lovely place - the owners are so friendly. Becky is such a good cook and will cook evening means if you request in advance. They call it a B&B however it is a very large spread out Colonia style I would say. The place is set in very large grounds. So many birds around the grounds. The area is Bird Watchers Paradise. We visit the Lamanai Ruins - which is really nice - as you can only get to by Boat so you have a wildlife watching trip as well - guides good spotters for wildlife so you can get some photograpy in as well. We did the early morning Bird River Trip as well - so much Birdlife its amazing. The place will do transfers for you as well if you need - which is the best option I think as the roads to Crooked Tree Village are quite rough and not many sign posts. We stayed here for the last couple of nights for our Trip - it was such a perfect ending to an amazing 2 weeks in Belize.

Beck’s Bed & Breakfast was absolutely wonderful and Crooked Tree Village is a lovely, quiet village full of beautiful people, flowers, birds and wildlife. Becky, Robert and their family are excellent hosts and sweet Smokey was the best B&B pup who thoroughly enjoyed her belly rubs. She was such a sweet addition to every day! The grounds at Beck’s are lovely with a courtyard full of local birds that was an attraction itself. Robert accommodated all our transportation needs to get us to some amazing excursions, to/from the airport and he makes some of the most delicious breakfast eggs. Becky was one of the most wonderful cooks providing us with delicious appetizers, meals and desserts every day. I can’t stress enough the level of hospitality provided on top of the delicious meals. I always enjoyed listening to Becky and Robert sing in the kitchen as they prepared our meals with a true love of cooking and hospitality. Thank you so much, Becky and Robert… we had a lovely stay and you are both truly wonderful people. We can’t wait to come back to Beck’s to stay with you again!! 11/10 Highly Recommend Beck’s B&B

This was a delightful B&B run by the hostess, Ms. Becky. The complex is beautiful, with a great balcony to view the treetops and sleep/read in hammocks. The meals were delicious, made with local ingredients. The B&B itself is situated in the bird sanctuary, and I have never heard so many birds in my life. You really don't have to venture far for bird watching, except to walk to the river to see the jaribu. Host arranged transport from the airport, and back to the marina in Belize City. Great place to stay!

When we visited Beck’s Bed and Breakfast we found an excellence in Belize! Excellence for the house and it’s amazing garden, it is very beautiful and elegant, excellence in the small details and in the furniture of the spacious and and amazing bedrooms, absolutely excellence in Becks’ cuisine, dinner and breakfast were delicious. Becky and Robert have been fantastic host and extremely kind and generous with us. We have loved as well crooked Tree, the people we met were all genuinely friendly and nice. Becky bed n breakfast was an amazing place . The hospitality was excellent the breakfast was awesome and the place in general was just breathtaking. Very comfy and family was very friendly. Love it I would recommend it to any travel wanting to to book a stay in crooked tree if u looking for peace n quite and want to listen to the wonderful birds singing at break of dawn, much love n I'm looking for my stay again pretty soon. 😊🥰
