凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites)

I stayed at the quality inn for a few nights. The stay itself was great the beds were comfy and the rooms and hallways were very quiet. I did stay during the week. We were disappointed that there wasn't a pool. The reservation did tell us that there was no pool or hottub. They had one just owners didnt want to fix whatever was wrong with it. They did have a continental breakfast. It was the same everyday so a little variety would have been better. In our room the heat went out. I notified the front desk and they sent someone out to fix it couldnt so they changed our rooms. No big deal very nice and accomodating. Overall my stay was just fine. And i would definitely stay here again given my circumstances. Staff were super friendly and accomodating.

Check in was quick, a business trip so speed was a factor. Some things show some wear, but it's just fine for an overnight on a road trip.

The bed was amazing. A lot of trucks going by but other than that it was ggreat. Maybe offer eggs and sausage liknks for breakfast

Overall a decent experience. We somehow were booked into a handicap bathroom suite. We are not handicapped. Breakfeast was pretty sp****, nut was available. It was a pretty comfortable and quiet stay overall.

i needed a quiet place to sleep and (as long as adjacent guests are respectful) this place was great!

The room itself seemed pretty clean and it was comfortable. The hotel itself needed some attention and updating. The driveway and parking lot was littered with decent-sized potholes.

The place was well kept, clean and had friendly staff. I nearly didn't book here because of the very low 6.6 rating but decided to do so because it was about one third the price of others. Great place. The low rating is wrong!
