我們去探望住在克羅伊登的女兒，並全家慶祝她的生日。從蓋特威克機場直達克羅伊登的火車交通非常方便。我們不太會說英語，一位會說西班牙語的清潔女工非常友善，給了我們很多幫助。我們一定會回來的。

Affordable clean whit nice personal. Nothing disturbed me, i had a long sleep. I ve arrived at 18 o,clock, and everithing whent easy... for next time, thx........................................................ ....................

Very clean and cozy……………….. The personal is respectful, nice and friendly!!!!!!!! I recomand this place!!!!!!!!! They also have breakfast included and it’s very good!!!!!!!!! And if you want, they are also petfrendly!!! Awesome place to visit!!!!!!!

Best location in London! Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

Great stay! All staff was really lovely, very helpful, friendly and polite. Rooms were very clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. Great location for a weekend in to the city at a reasonable price. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

Very happy so clean and tidy the manger is so kind and helpful very happy with our stay the room was so inviting nothing was a problem breakfast was lovely as well I would let friends and family know when going to London to use this hotel excellent

I stayed here on Friday I had a great stay the staff was lovely the room was very clean and comfortable, the receptionist was great I’ll definitely be going back! The breakfast was yummy and the stuff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good price too!

It was a very nice experience in the city and the accomodation matched the expectations. The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was clean and quite spacious, with good wi-fi connection. The breakfast was tasty and included many options.

The staff was really friendly, the mattres were clean and comfortable, I was a quiet place and hospitable and also the bathroom was clean and we had shampoo and shower gel and clean and nice smelling towels. I will come again for sure. Thank you so much!

It was my first time staying and Premier Inn and for sure i am going to be back ! They promiss a "good night gurantee" that for sure we had ! The room was clean and with a nice vibe, the beds were verry comfortable and big. The stuff was verry friendly and helpful with each questions or needs that we had. The breakfast was peoper english breakfast, tasty , hot, woth plenty of choices ! Was an amazing experience and for sure we will choose again Premier Inn, specially the one from Croydon Purley !

It was an amazing experience! The services were way over our expectations! The stuff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, indeed we had a “ good sleep guarantee “. Also the breakfast that we had in the morning was tasty and hot with plenty of choices. The experience was very pleasant! Recomand it !

Really friendly Staff, service’s at hotel are really poor, intermittent WiFi, rooms hot and stuffy and outside noise all night affects the sleep

A decent one night stay. Everything clean but some of the electrics not operational in the room, Needs some TLC from the maintenance folks. Night person very helpful and courteous. Did not manage breakfast due to early check out so can’t comment.

Outstanding customer services from the word go… a little tired maintenance wise in places, Ram and the team really make up for this with their friendly, attentive manner which is something that I just need to share… I’d take them back to my hotel in a heartbeat… thank you all for making what could have been a average weekend waiting for my son at a course a pleasant experience, even letting me wait in the breakfast room after checkout and with the coffee machine on! 😃
