My spouse and I stayed at this location extensively in 2020 & 2021 when service was quite good. There has been a noticeable decline in attention to detail. Upon checkin, there was no welcome gift for Bonvoy Elite Members. Our room's body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensors were empty indicating that housekeeping was not being detailed in their work. The breakfast buffet was not being maintained and was out of multiple items. The breakfast worker seemed to be frustrated when asked to refill napkins. The entire staff seemed to be new and in need of better training to ensure customers are treated with respect.
