Mountain Park Retreat Toodyay is a new double storey, character built house situated near the Avon River on a beautiful 50 acre block of land. It has uninterrupted views of the Hills and surrounding landscape. Mountain Park Retreat Toodyay is on the Perth side of Toodyay approximately 75 kilometers (around 1 hours drive) east of Perth. The large holiday house comfortably sleeps 10 people five main bedrooms.. if you wish to have family and friends join you you have the option of hiring to Gypsy Vans which sleep two people each and have their own kitchen shower and toilet.. Mountain Park Retreat is a large two storey Queenslander style character built home, with beautiful Verandahs right around to capture the breathtaking views. The homestead sleeps 10 people and is perfect to share with other family or friends. It is fully equipped and has all the comforts and features you will love. There is a spa upstairs which takes in the lovely views with balcony also in the master queen bedroom. It is tastefully decorated comprising of five bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. The living area is open plan which includes a large kitchen, dining room, games room, family room and formal lounge all decorated in modern friendly colours. Close to the Avon River and Dumbarton Bridge this tranquil 50 acre parcel of private land sets the atmosphere for relaxation, privacy and enjoyment. There are fabulous features in the home which everyone will enjoy. There is a pool table in the games room and separate Family room with TV/DVD/VHS downstairs and Children's Television room upstairs. The formal lounge room is very peaceful for reading, relaxing or just enjoying the view quietly. Outside there is a full size cricket net, plenty of room for golfing, and dart board. Along with the pergola and alfresco area there is a BBQ and outdoor setting.
