Nice late night stop over, close to I-95, friendly customer service, unlike other motels, flexible and safe place

There were some misleading things about the hotel. First of all sign outside said pool open but there wasn't even any water in the pool. Then website said check out is 12 noon but i was told we had to check out at 11 am. I was very upset that I was awaken to someone banging on the door at 8 am to ask if I was checking out. That was unnecessary.

I was looking for an inexpensive option that allowed my dog. As my dad would always say, cheaper is not always better. It was dirty and the area around the hotel felt unsafe. The staff was friendly and there was a fridge and microwave, but outside was very noisy with people up all hours of the night. I didn't even feel comfortable walking my dog around the area. We left before breakfast, but it is a perk that the hotel provided free breakfast.

Red Roof Inn need to update ALL of their hotels! The ironing board, iron, hair dryer, towels, bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, floor, bed, sheets, pillows! Everything is OLD AND OUTDATED! The paint is peeling, Is there lead in the paint? This hotel needs a make over bad! If you don't want to spend a lot of money due to a quick over night stay, AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This was an excellent choice....easy to find, pleasant check-in, clean comfortable room, nice hot shower.....perfect after a long day on the road.

The person at front desk very nice. We checked in late but during Covid the first room had a nasty bathroom with dirty towel on the floor, no toilet paper that just was not acceptable! The room switched us to had horrible smoke smell and bathroom mirror cracked along with the clothes rack pulling off wall! Again informed front desk at this point it was 1 am and should have left and got a refund! So unacceptable these conditions!

We were pleased with both of the hotels we stayed in on this trip...clean, comfortable, convenient, quiet, both great choices.

Super nice front desk clerk. She checked us in at night and was still on duty through mid-morning. Rooms were worn and run down. Matresses felt worse than those that come rolled up in plastic wrap. It works for those on a budget.
