O hotel ”possui” estacionamento, porém é parceiro e o valor não é incluso na simulação da hospedagem, tendo um valor extra diário a ser pago para guardar o carro no momento do check-in; sem falar que a localização do mesmo é em outra quadra. Entrando no quarto, fizemos a reserva para 3 pessoas, um casal e uma criança de 3 anos. O quarto possuía apenas 2 camas de solteiro pois houve erro no sistema ao reservar. Nos mudaram de quarto e a limpeza do novo quarto não estava muito satisfatória; fomos ligar o ar condicionado e não estava funcionando, ao interfonar para a recepção para notificar do ar, o telefone também não estava funcionando. Como tivemos um dia inteiro na estrada, já era mais de 10h da noite e temos uma criança pequena, só tomamos banho e fomos deitar. Na manhã seguinte notificamos do ar e os funcionários da recepção mandaram o técnico. Ao retornarmos do passeio, ao fim da tarde, fomos informados que o técnico arrumou o ar, porém o mesmo ainda não funcionava. Abrimos o ar e vimos uma crosta de sujeira, voltamos à recepção para notificar que além de não funcionar estava completamente sujo. Não havia quarto disponível para trocarmos e passamos a segunda noite no calor. Resumindo: passamos 4 noites no calor pois o técnico que dizia arrumar o ar, nem ao menos passava um pano no ar condicionado. Na nossa 5ª noite conseguiram nos trocar para um quarto que estava com o ar funcionando. No novo quarto o ar vazava água para dentro e o quarto ficava inundado, o piso amaiderado já estava todo fofo e estragado, indicando que já era um problema antigo. Já cansados de reclamar, ficamos assim mesmo, nas próximas 2 noites que tínhamos lá Não saímos antes do hotel pois o valor integral da reserva já havia sido descontado em nosso cartão no momento da reserva; e também porque os funcionários nos atenderam muito bem e fizeram o que podiam para nos ajudar.
This is a mid-range brand of the Accor hotel chain and theoretically offers a good level of comfort, albeit at European-level prices. I stayed five nights to experience Curitiba and its surroundings in detail, though five days of continuous rain and low temperatures were obviously not ideal for such a visit. The hotel did not provide or even rent umbrellas for guests, though advised me where I could by one if prepared to walk a couple of hundred meters under the deluge. I found the accommodation satisfactory in most respects, but there were a number of very minor things that were not quite as they might have been. My reasonably sized room was on the cold side, and the fan heater seemed to do little but blow cold air around the room until I managed to reset it by random pressing of buttons (no instructions were provided), which I did on several occasions and still don’t know how I succeeded. The shampoo/gel dispenser in the shower was empty, though I always bring my own soap anyway. The breakfast buffet was extensive, though nothing exceptional by Brazilian standards. On my first evening I dined in the hotel restaurant, finding that my free drink voucher was valid only for either of the two cheapest beers on the menu. Why even bother? At the hotel’s Peruvian themed restaurant I ordered a vegetarian ceviche as a starter, and a veggie chaufa as a main, but the waiter brought me a totally wrong (meat) dish, then seemed a bit put out that I rejected it – she was visibly reprimanded by the maitre d’. I ate elsewhere on the other nights of my stay but noticed on my return to the hotel one evening that diners were being loudly serenaded by a ?Peruvian style band that didn’t seem very conducive to a quiet working dinner, nor to a romantic occasion. My room had thick curtains drawn across the window, which hid the view of a dim and dreary inner courtyard. On the plus side, the wifi was fast and consistent, the bed very comfortable, the safe for valuables reassuring and the working desk functional. The central location was very convenient for seeing the main sights, and getting around the rather large city by uber was correspondingly inexpensive, making up for the steep room rate.
Hotel muito bem localizado, de fácil acesso. O atendimento pelos funcionários foi ótimo, todos prestativos. Tenho uma crítica sobre os colchões e travesseiros que não são confortáveis. Seria muito bom se esses aspectos fossem reavaliados
I booked into this hotel because it is where the event I was attending was being hosted, my loyalty brand of choice does not have properties in this city, and because it was my first time in the city. Take this review with a grain of salt, I am North American and I travel often and stay in large chain hotels. My expectations may be too high. First, the pros; - well located (great restaurants, shopping, and activities close by) - excellent water pressure and temperature - the really important things are clean (sheets, towels, and toilets) - beautiful lobby The cons: - booked a deluxe queen room (one level up from the bottom category), and the “soaker tub” is a mess, cracking from the wall and the finish is peeling off leaving blue and beige marks. I wore my flip flops to shower - scuff/dirt marks on room walls and doors - no mattress protecter (eww) - the toilets do not have enough pressure to flush anything but liquid. I know I should be disposing of toilet paper in garbages, but habits are hard to break and if you accidentally drop it into the toilet you get to look at it for the remainder of your stay. - front desk is completely unconcerned about the points raised above and just shrugged. It was pointed out to me, “as you know” (no, I didn’t know) that they are completely sold out so no options to move to a different room. - my room (1508) looks like they ran out of money while “refurbishing”. Carpet still there and bathroom fixtures appear to be original, thus old and tired. - motion sensors in the hallway (cool, energy saving) that take some time to turn on leaving you wandering in the dark. Made me feel unsafe - two elevators and when an event is being held or check in/out times you will wait, and wait, and wait. When I come back, I will be checking out other options to see if I can find a property that is in good repair and the rooms match the lobby. I am definitely counting down the hours until I check out and move on to another property.
Atendimento da Equipe da recepção e restaurantes são excelentes!!! Buscam a solução e sabem servir ao próximo. Os produtos do café da manhã são bons, mas poderia ter mais opções de geleias de qualidade e produtos diet e ligth. Final de semana o café é tumutualdo, devido ao pouco espaço do restaurante.
Hotel excelente, bem localizado, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos, as instalações do hotel são muito boas, o quarto limpo e organizado, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, as roupas de cama e banho muito limpas limpas, o wifi pega bem, café da manhã com boas opções. Recomendo.
