very comfortable. good breakfast. had booked breakfast for two, but computer only showed for one. but staff happily honored the booking for two when i showed them my receipt.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in over the past few years. The room facilities are outdated and broken, and the bathroom shower feels like it’s from the 1980s. The street is very noisy at night. Don’t be fooled by the pictures!

Excellent location. Room was huge and service was excellent for the most part except for the night shift staff where a certain female frontdesk service staff falsely indicated that the hotel does not provide basic amenities such as comb or slipper when we requested for it when our baggages were delayed and we needed these basic neccessiities. On the flipside, the other members of the team were very accommodating and helpful when we were seeking assistance to locate our baggage.
