2026年8月に訪問サービスがとにかくよくタクシーもすぐ呼んでくれて、かつご飯がすごく美味しい。特に*料理は無料でいろんな料理を頼めるので、すごく快適に過ごせます。部屋はすごく綺麗で。ちゃんとシャワールームもつけられていて、非常に快適に過ごせるお部屋でした

We had such a wonderful stay here. So close to literally everything you'd want to see in Cusco. Walking was so simple to all the squares and the markets. The bed was so comfortable- I had my best sleeps. The breakfast was pretty basic, but it worked for us. The building itself is beautiful. Valeria was at the front desk and was so amazingly nice and helpful. She explained everything so well and gave us recommendations and even let me borrow an umbrella for the blazing sun the one day. I would stay here again for sure.

我們在環境優美、氛圍絕佳的餐廳享用了一頓美味佳餚！ Shantal的服務非常周到。我點了煙燻鱒魚，味道真是棒極了，是我吃過最美味的，魚肉鮮嫩多汁，帶著淡淡的煙燻味。凱薩沙拉也很精緻。布朗尼配上冰淇淋，口感濕潤，甜度適中，非常美味。真是令人驚喜！

We had a wonderful experience at Ayni Boutique! As other reviewers mentioned, they seem to be a little newer (not a lot of reviews before we booked). We decided to take the risk and I'm SO glad we did - it was our favorite hotel of our trip that spanned Lima, Ollantaytambo, Aguas Calientes, and Cusco. The service was wonderful. The staff seem to work pretty regular shifts, so we quickly were recognized by the front desk attendants, breakfast server, and dinner server. They were very responsive to us, including making adjustments to our room temperature when we asked, directing us to best locations for money exchange, and assisting us with booking a taxi to the airport. The 4 nights we spent at this hotel were very welcome after our nights in OT and AC. Not that those were bad hotels, but they were quite small with tiny bathroom sinks and double beds. Coming in to Ayni and finding a king bed, a bathroom counter I could set my toothbrush + moisturizer on, and a very hot shower felt like heaven. We had a cute little balcony, which overlooked the courtyard and had a limited view of the city, but most importantly was quiet. Others might value a view of the plaza over quiet, but we were ready for restful nights of sleep. The food was good, we especially enjoyed the free breakfast in the mornings. The coffee was exactly what this American abroad needed - strong! They will make you a boxed breakfast if you have an early departure. Most importantly, the staff took great care of my husband as he has a dairy allergy. They asked us about dietary restrictions when we checked in and that night, while eating dinner at the restaurant, we watched the front desk attendant run into the kitchen to make sure they were making his food dairy free (the server had already asked about it, so we were double covered!). At one point, I ordered his eggs and forgot to specify dairy free. When my husband came downstairs to join me, the server recognized him and ran over to stop him from eating the eggs, and went to the kitchen to request new ones be made dairy free. We were so impressed by the care and service! We appreciated the location - about a 5 minute walk from the Plaza Mayor, but it was on a side street so it wasn't as loud as I imagine the much closer hotels were. Also, being a few blocks away kept prices cheaper - we noticed that the sunscreen in the boteca next to the hotel was s/.50 while the exact same product in a store on the plaza was s/.170.

Stayed 3 times over the course of 10 days, rooms good but depending on the one you stay in results in a heating control either being provided or having to be requested, also each time we stayed the breakfast service was different and rather lacking in options (plus on the one occasion we were offered an early check it time breakfast box / confirmed it was required the night before - it was forgotten on the morning itself)
