El hotel es mágico tal como me lo imaginaba … llegue a Casa Cartagena por recomendación de un querido amigo y fue una de las cosas más lindas de mi viaje a Peru … todo fue perfecto en el hotel … empezando por todo su staff de personas súper amables y con una verdadera vocación de servicio … desde que me esperaban en el aeropuerto para llevarme al hotel todo fue mágico como lo buscaba y busco en cada viaje que hago … el hotel es bellísimo y todos sus detalles de ambientación están perfectamente estudiados y cuidados … son solo 15 amplias suites que lo convierten en íntimo y exclusivo … el desayuno a cargo de Fernando es espléndido y abundante, todo es fresco recién elaborado … también he cenado en su restaurante y he probado un ceviche de ensueño … mi suite con balcón fue hermosa , te dan unas mantas para poder abrigarte al sentarte en el balcón a contemplar la paz que inunda el lugar mientras tomas el Té de bienvenida que te ofrecen a base de plantas , eucaliptis y coca … el hotel es ideal para solos/as y parejas … se siente una atmósfera muy íntima y sensual en todos sus rincones … algo de seducción por todos lados muy amigable y atractivo … en mi último día y habiendo hecho el check out de mi habitación al volver de una larga excursión me ofrecieron poder ducharme en el spa antes de irme al aeropuerto a tomar mi vuelo … es decir hasta último momento preocupados por mi bienestar y comodidad … comento todo esto porque simplemente me nace hacerlo al haberme sentido tan feliz en Casa Cartagena … si tienen cualquier consulta no duden en preguntarme sobre mi experiencia en @andyrina

La habitation esta muy chevere porque hay mucho espacio, una cama grande y confortable. Los empleados muy amables y siempre hacen un servicio excellente. Especialmente muchas gracias a senor Mani que hace el desayuno y muchas gracias a los empleados de la reception y spa. Looking forward to another stay here soon.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel for 3 nights after our trip to Machu Picchu. The beautiful courtyard & the convenient location was the reason we chose this hotel. What has exceed our expectation was the great services! Devis was able to recognise us & remember our trip arrangement time every day we encounter him during our stay. He was attentive at all times and passionate to share with us knowledge about food & drinks of Cusco. It was also very easy to communicate with him in English. The spa receptionist (sorry I forgot her name) was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. I think the hotel management team should also recognise the staff who carefully managed the plants throughout the courtyard, they are all very well-managed and pretty! The spa treatment we had was good but one small comment on the CST treatment. It may not be the one that we expected, it felt like more of a normal head massage.

If you come to Cusco, this is the place to stay. Easily WALKABLE to EVERYTHING, yet as soon as you walk through the front doors. You are greeted with seclusion and tranquility within the beautiful courtyard of this place. The staff is attentive to every detail, and as a bonus, you get Pisco Sour tasting provided by them. I wish I could give this place 1000 stars, as they deserve it. Stay here. You will fall in love.

Wow! We cannot say enough good things about this beatiful hotel and exceptional staff. After long days of exploring, it was so nice to come back to a place that truly felt like home. Angie, Mani, Claudia, and the entire Casa Cartagena staff were so kind and accomodating. They anticipated our every need and even prepared a hot, fresh meal for us one minute before the restaurant closed! The impecable service, gorgeous spa (complete with a eucalyptus-infused sauna) delicious food, and great location makes this a place we will definitely come back to again and again!

Our family of five stayed at Case Cartagena in January. We had two rooms - one very large master suite (with a living room attached) and one bedroom with three separate beds for my three kids. We loved everything about the hotel. It is a beautiful oasis of quiet in an otherwise bustling city with an excellent location. The rooms are well appointed, the service was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding (offerings and service). Highly recommended. My only suggestion would be to incorporate windows (with bug screens perhaps?) into the doors that open into the courtyard, both for fresh air and to keep the rooms cool.

Everything about this hotel is first class. Perfect location, excellently appointed rooms and, brilliant staff who go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The breakfast is incredible, as are the Pisco Sours and the spa facilities. We had a two night stay initially and then returned for a further one night stay - it was faultless
