L’hostel est très bien placé. Le petit déjeuné inclu est excellant mais pas de très grosses portions, et si vous ne pouvez pas en profitez ils proposent un snack à emporter (a commander la veille). Il n’y a pas de cuisine mais ils offrent des repas comme des burgers autour des 16 soles pour les moins cher. Ils ont à disposition des livres dans différentes langues avec des activités comme des cours d’espagnol, des balades… les chambres sont bien, les lits pas des plus stables. En montant pour le lit du dessus, si personne est en dessous, le lit peut basculer un peu…Les casiers sont très grand et pratiques pour le rangement. Prise électrique et lampe à côté de chaque lit donc c’est bien. Les salles de bains sont communes (homme, femme, non-genré ). L’espace commun est a l’extérieur donc si vous arrivez à 5h du matin comme nous préparez vous au froid. Mais sinon il est agréable.

Llegue a Cusco sin tener noción de algún hospedaje con las 3B, es cuando busco por Internet y llego a Intro Hostel. Realmente la atención muy buena, las habitaciones super cómodas, el ambiente de todo el hospedaje fue genial. Tiene servicio de resto-bar así que me quede cenando 2 noches dentro del mismo hostel, a pesar que fui sola pude hacer amigos como Angel, un tipazo! X eso 5 estrellitas!

O Hostel tem um custo x benefício excelente ! Não só o preço é vantajoso, como sua localização, instalações e atendimento dos funcionários. Fiquei 8 dias em Cusco e todos lá e obtive um atendimento sensacional. Pontos positivos: Localização, dormitórios, funcionários, ambiente e quantidade de banheiros (é comum em Hostel ter que aguardar para tomar banho e em 8 dias lá, nunca tive esse problema). Uma referência extremamente positiva aos funcionários Israel e Luis, como disse, todos os funcionários me atenderam de maneira excelente, mas esses 2 fizeram minha estadia ser muito melhor. Tive problema com uma agência de turismo que não recomendo para ninguém (Fabulous Tour - já deixei minha avaliação e ocorrido lá) em que além de faltar com respeito comigo dentro do Hostel e não respeitar as demais pessoas que lá estavam, cancelou todos os meus passeios. Neste momento, Luis veio ao meu encontro, conversou comigo e me ajudou a realizar meu passeio pra Machu Picchu, entrando em contato com uma outra agência e desenrolando tudo o que era necessário, ele não tinha a mínima necessidade de fazer isso, mas o fez. Bem como Israel, que foi atencioso e me ouviu todas as vezes em que tive que tentar resolver os meus problemas ! A proatividade da equipe do Hostel é um ponto extremamente positivo, pois poderiam muito bem nada fazer, até porque não era sua obrigação, mas assim o fizeram e me ajudaram a desfrutar de maneira melhor da minha viagem !

This is a wonderful place. Great chilled vibe, easy to chat with like minded folks. Lovely staff. Very helpful accommodating and friendly. I came down ill on arrival and had to call an emergency doctor and the staff were so caring and helpful. It's become my home from home in Cusco, came for 3 nights, stayed 8! Will definitely come back again in future. Very good value reasonable prices, nice free breakfast and good food! Cheers, Dave

I stayed there 4 nights before and after a trek. Very good compromise between price and confort. People at the hostel are very nice. It is clean. They can also take care of the cab between airport and hotel. There is a good restaurant too. The hostel is very well located in the old city. Only drawback is the noise especially in weekends. If you need to sleep 9hours and do or sleep like maybe I would not recommend.

Beautiful and charming hostel that goes above and beyond any other I’ve experienced. The service was friendly and very helpful, even calling me a cab to farther places I wanted to explore. However the location is so central I spent most of my trip walking comfortably to anywhere I needed. As a solo female traveler I valued the lockers and clean women’s restroom, I felt very safe. The included breakfast is filling, and the comfort of having a burger restaurant and bar open up at night helped take off pressure to decide where to go at night; I got to enjoy an alpaca burger from the comfort of my own home. They also had vegetarian options available. Beautifully decorated and of course I am including a picture of the VIEW from my room which was GORGEOUS!! In the end this was so affordable and made my trip to Cusco a breeze, coming home for the night to recharge somewhere clean spacious and private was amazing.
